I went into this place with my boyfriend and this guy named Royce was horrible he was so rude we were asking about items and he would not help us he was on his phone we asked about a certain item he got an attitude and got smart attitude I believe he was high on something and just wouldn't help us there used to be a guy named Richard that used to work there and he was so nice and helpful but he left for a better job and this Royce took his place and should be fired we know a lot of people and they go there but they will no longer go because of Royce no one will go until he is fired very horrible customer service!! I've sent all of my friends here and they've all given me great feedback, so they now deserve my review. We've moved about a year ago, and we were trying to find another "smoke shop" wondering of course if it's going to be the same as the others. I was wrong! Everyone in this store is so kind and helpful! It shows from their customers, I was in line at the store and these guys I think they're a father and son duo, they were chatting with someone whom I thought was their friend! I loved this shop, went about twice a week to get a duo pen. Yesterday 4/20 i got one and this is the only time i got a defective one. I tried to bring it back today just to swap it with no problems yet this arab guy (maybe the owner) was rude saying no the juice is gone you smoked it to much. Love these guys! My sister and I have been going to them for years! But I have to say.....we go to them for vape juice often. Their normal price of $20 for naked juice has now gone up to $25 plus tax. It costs $27+ for a bottle of vape juice now I will probably have to start ordering from online now as we can get cheaper prices! And I am sad about that!
