On Sight was on the lower end of quotes and James was the only person I spoke with who expressed concern for my family's safety and that with another storm coming in the tree could cause further damage to our property. I also appreciated that given the possibility of further damage, they got us in right away. James arrived when he said he would and clearly explained what he would do to remove the tree and all possible scenarios. He also gave us great information on why the tree came down and how we can prevent it from happening in the future. The arborist said they were running 1 week or more out, and then the scheduling team tells me (without asking) that the crew will be there tomorrow (which did not work for me). They would not commit to large windows (like anytime after 12pm) and would only give whole days as an option. When we finally got something scheduled, I still got text messages about the appointment being on the wrong date. We ultimately scheduled this for afternoon window and were told we would get a heads up when the crew was on their way. On the day of, despite an afternoon window and a request for heads up, the crew shows up at 815am with no warning. We were deliberate about the timing because we have a newborn and the mornings do not work. The crew overall did a fine job on the work but the cleanup left some to be desired. I had to spend an hour cleaning up my yard and my neighbor's yard with all of the twigs left over. I asked the arborist and the scheduler to have someone contact me about my experience and I never heard from anyone. This company had the opportunity to earn repeat business and dropped the ball.
