From the moment I called they were polite, efficient and so courteous. I was very impressed with how little waiting we had to do, between getting into a room to the x-ray portion to seeing the Dr. Dillon, who can I just say is fabulous. We then were directed to their on site orthopedic area where Ms. Lois made my son a customized splint right there. This place is like a 1 stop shop. Should I or anyone I know need a hand specialist, I will be sure to direct them to The Hand Center. Just Fabulous!!!

Only complaint is with getting release to work form on time. Workers Comp. Will not release you to…read morework with out the note. 3 surgeries and 3 nightmares try to get a release form. This office needs a better system to get these out ASAP with out the patient having to call 3 or 4 times to say "you still have not sent this to me." Hate to say this, but I will not longer us this company for any future needs. They know about this issue and still do not address it. Bad business practice.

I got there at 4pm so I could get in first but there were already 4 people ahead of me. However, things moved along quite well, and I was in a room and having XR's taken within 30 minutes! The PA (who was awesome) and I wish I could type her name here, talked to me, she was professional, smart, very nice and covered everything, I felt like I had no doubts about anything she told me. She just made me feel like I was in the best hands. She gave me a steroid injection which she did very proficiently. So I wanted to shout out thank you for being there, you helped me so much. Surgical procedures available range from: Ophthalmology (including mine), Podiatry (including mine), Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT) and Gastroenterology. My wife previously had two procedures here and today mine was performed without any hick-ups. The wait, short. The pre-op prep a breeze, short, not rushed, and very comforting. The surgery, from what I can remember, top notch without a worry in the world. Recovery, super easy, like nothing happened, graham crackers devoured and ginger ale guzzled. Depending on your procedure you can be in and out in 2-4 hours; mine roughly a 3 hour tour. Make sure your Chauffeur delivers and picks-up. Also, do not hesitate asking for an official prescription for your favorite sweet; I hit the jack pot ICE CREAM!

Do not be surprised when you arrive and the door to the facility says they're open at 7am because it's a lie. They start getting in right at 6 and let you into the comfortable waiting room. The woman at the front desk was super sweet to me and others, including a bit of a Karen, with whom she dealt with kindly and swiftly. Once I got behind the surgical doors it was like a surgery factory in the best way. Immediately I had a couple of people tending to me in terms of getting me info, giving me info, giving me anesthesia (with great explanations of everything they were going to do to me). I then spotted my orthopedic surgeon, who also gave me great expectations on what to expect. Next thing you know it's 11am, I'm awake back in the same recovery space and feeling good with some saltines and ginger ale. I was swiftly wheelchaired to my wife, waiting with the car at the front door of the facility. Easy peasy. The facility called me the following day to check up on me and remind me of my Dr.'s orders. My doc is not into prescribing hard hitting, addictive opiates so I left with only an RX for strong ibuprofren. The facility reminded me when they called that I can also take Tylenol in between ibuprofren doses, if I needed. I have to have surgery on my other foot either later this year or next and I will definitely use the same Surgeon (Dr. Rode of WH Podiatry) and Bloomfield Ambulatory Surgery Center. Top notch.

I'm a nurse at an accountable care organization and work with lots of primary care providers in CT and MA. She is truly among the best. Josephine is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and proactive. If you have a chronic problem they just push you off to specialists who are fully booked. There's no more personal care here and actually seeing a Doctor is a pipe dream. The practice places income over care imo. They have a current lawsuit in place for not treating a patient properly according to Google. This is business only now it seems. Sad ,as before they moved, it was a quaint place for medical care and everyone knew your name.
