So now, on that new morning I had alerts from my chart saying time to go to apt at 10am when appoint was scheduled for 230pm and my travel time there is over an hour. They told me i had to pay 50.00 same day cancelation fee if i still wanted to be seen in their office.. I then asked for a manager given all the rescheduling and mistakes made on their end and they told me they cant waive anything so, after a week and a half to end up like this then come here to see the other similar reviews tells me i want to be seen somewhere else so i told my Primary Care about it and they are setting up a refferal for a different provider.
