Although, I wish this place was Black-owned, the employees working here (two amazing Black women) helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The young lady assisting on the sales floor was amazing! I didn't catch her name, but she definitely had the expertise that I needed. I went in for hair fit goddess locs And had no idea where to start. She walked me through everything, made recommendations, and even recommended a few things that I needed and hadn't even thought about. Between her and the girl at the front, I definitely felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend solely because of these two individuals. She continued her cell phone conversion which was a personal call and didn't bother to introduce herself, or apologize for her tardiness. I read terrible reviews about these people, but I ignored them because this is the closest place to my home. So I figured I would give her a try. Not only was she tardy and rude, but she'a also a hustler. This was my first time meeting her and she told me she would increase the price of the wig, so that my insurance will pay more, and I will have less of a deductible. If she's willing to lie/steal from them, then she's willing to lie/steal from me as well! She's heartless, and has no compassion for cancer patients who are already going through enough.
