Having rented multiple units and parking spaces from this place several years ago, on March 29th, 2024, I called and spoke with a man (believed to be Adam) in their office about renting multiple spaces. I thought the conversation went well, he was polite and seemed very interested in working a deal for a long-term rental, promising me a call back the next day. Never heard back from him. Although it's not my responsibility to chase anyone down to offer them my business, still I called their office number numerous times in the following days and weeks, almost never getting through. One time I did get a voicemail and left a message, but that too was never returned. I sent an email to the address listed on their website and got a reply, saying that I could do business with them through their website, and that they "no longer have full time office staff," despite the fact that the front page of their own website says you can "call to quickly rent over the phone" and provides a number! In any event, after dealing with this for 3 weeks, on April 20th, 2024, I was told that Adam had been contacted and I would hear back. Yet as of May 2nd, 2024, I still had not heard anything from anyone. I understand that this business has been sold several times, and even the recent email makes mention of a sale. It seems like the ownership just doesn't care, and believes that they are entitled to people chasing them around, and that people should trust renting there, despite reviews from other customers claiming that their prepaid rental agreements were reneged upon and allegedly their prepaid rents were taken from them and not returned. I have no idea who owns this place. Whoever it is, on it's face, they should be ashamed of their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I tried to give them my repeat business and they treated me like garbage, so I went elsewhere with my money.

I rent RVs a few times a year to go camping with my family. This is the first time I had a trailer delivered to the camp site. It was the greatest experience. The trailer we chose online was waiting for us all hooked up, ready to go with the air on and a very nice floor rug at the front. It was like going into a hotel room with all the amenities. Everything worked fine and when I had a question, I received a quick reply. We also received our security deposit immediately. I wish Red Rock had services elsewhere. The RV was super clean. Ryan filled the water tank per my request but now that I've done a trip, I believe he was right in not needing to lug around the extra 500 lbs of water since we returned it with 2/3 full. With full hookups at each site, you don't need much reserve. Anyway, live & learn. I mention the water because I see another reviewer here marked that as a negative but now I understand why most prefer little or no on board water. We'll be back for sure. We should be supporting these family run businesses!

Renter beware- horrible business…read more I called to inquire about renting a razor to drive from St George to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I told the gentleman who worked for Red Desert that I wanted to rent the vehicle from their facility and drive to my home located in Washington fields- and then drive from my home to the BLM land through to the Grand Canyon. The employee never mentioned anything to me about their razors not being street legal to take on the public streets... yet I was very clear exactly where I planned and wanted to take the razor and he told me what vehicle to rent from his business. After renting- we realized that we aren't able to take the razor where we had planned because their razors aren't registered to drive on the roads- yet they knew full well what purpose I was using it for and where I planned to take it. After expressing this to them- they would not refund our $700 and still charged us for 2 days on a vehicle we could not even use because they misinformed us. I've never been treated so poorly from a business who couldn't care less about the situation that they put us in.
