Once I found the location they have a whole row of bank only parking which is nice and the ATM is open 24 hours, they also have a branch with several tellers. For a company founded in Richmond, Im surprised they don't have any branches in its founding city. Hopefully they will open a branch soon!!

When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness.
