Even though I received 3 appointment reminders and had separately confirmed with Faith, the car wasn't there at my appointment. That was the most unprofessional, and that's saying a lot for a used car place, I have ever dealt with. At 64 years old I've bought a lot of cars. Turns out they went ahead and sold the car that morning. They proceeded to try and sell me more expensive cars, saying they wanted to make it right, then followed up with they would give me no discount for my inconvenience. I left at that point.

We vacillated between two trucks... one was more practical, the other nicer with more bells and whistles. Mr. Hyman was instrumental in helping us decide. He was friendly, personable and pragmatic. Matthew offered to come back and meet us when we arrived, it was an hour past closing. It was advertised with 200,155 miles on it but the day I buy its got 200,500 plus miles on it. Told these things guy that works there. He would not take off $200 to compensate for the cost of replacing the Oxygen/tire sensor and adressing the rotor issue. I don't get it...he knew the engine/tire light was on and What was causing it but didn't mention it in ad or our conversations could have easily said....oh the engine light is on because of the o2 sensor. No I shouldn't have purchased but I needed wheels that bad. Not truthful about what he sells. BEWARE!!
