We had a great time riding through feeding the animals! My granddaughter was so surprised and happy…read moreto have the animals at the car! She also was excited on the walk about trail! We did order a chicken tenders meal at the restaurant and it was really good! They have twisted fries that are delicious! My granddaughter and I both ate off the plate it was that much! Great adventure for the family and schools! Down side be careful of purchases at the gift shop . Its over priced and they may or may not work! We purchased a $9.00 bubble giraffe gun it did not work and when I called they stated to bring it back with receipt for refund! I live over an hour away and it's an inconvenience they didn't care to be courteous to provide a refund automatically. Please check your items before you leave!!

Our school has visited Wild Animal Safari for several years, but unfortunately this year's…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. Our students and staff were treated poorly from the moment we arrived. We were delayed because staff had not reviewed our payment information, our group was given only one safari bus instead of two, students were told they could not purchase concessions, and the overall tone from staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. Most concerning was a staff member's inappropriate comment: "...since you all are not paying for everything anyway." This was especially upsetting because this was the last elementary school field trip for many of our students, and it should have been a memorable, positive experience. We expected much better customer service and professionalism.

One star is giving this place far too much credit. It appears to be run by teenagers and people…read morewho can't get off their personal phone calls long enough to help paying customers. Teenagers (employees and guests) overran the place, pushing small children down, attempting to tear up the blow up slides, climbing onto the blow up dinosaurs to try to tear them down, bouncing small children off of the slide, and screaming profanity at any parent who asked them to stop sitting on the toddler gym blocking them from playing. There is no ice available for birthday parties, though they did drop stale popcorn in tiny paper bags and warm Capri Suns in our room, but the employee didn't say a word, or even smile, when she came in and I said thank you. The equipment is disgusting - no way it's cleaned daily, or even weekly. None of the bumper cars worked, the ball pit has no balls in it, the bounce houses have no lighting over them, making it so dark inside that children were banging into each other in the dark. "Children" larger than adults were freely playing on equipment clearly made for toddlers. Staff did nothing, despite our repeatedly complaining that the toddlers at our party were being hurt. The entire building seems old, dirty, and not at all taken care of. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially when paying so much for a birthday party. For a little more, Monkey Joe's would been light years better for our little ones, in safety, amenities for birthday parties, fun experiences, and cleanliness.

They are affordable and do not impress upon you the need to spend money at a mind-numbing arcade section. I can see my kids play from one spot, and they LOVE the huge jungle gym! They are always changing things up as well. It's excellent. Also, if you have parties on Friday is cheaper and less crowded. I've never actually even felt like it was ever crowded but there are busier times than others. Overall, I will drive from Bonaire every time To come here! Also, it's clean and there is not staff to "monitor" your children, but I consider myself perfectly equipped to monitor my own children and do not require this service from a bouncy house business. That's what babysitters are for.

Just got back from an excellent 3.5 day retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures…read more My husband and I brought 25 students, plus our two kids down to Troy. While the website was impressive, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The staff is warm and welcoming. The camp is family run, and it is obvious that the rest of the staff are included in that warmth. Our students had a blast on the zip lines and ropes courses, and grew together as a group through the facilitated team building activities. As a director of Residential Life it was incredibly heart warming watching the students open up to each other and work together in a new way. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things. Even though my husband and I were the only chaperones of 25 teens (with our two kids), we felt relaxed the entire time. Because of the staff's collaboration with us, we knew the students were taken care of. It made the entire adventure a relaxing experience - which, believe me, is a huge feat. While there were threats of a storm (which never happened) we felt perfectly safe with the camp's procedures. Any of our group's random complications were handled with grace and support. You can really tell the thought and care that Susan, Ron, Natalie, and the rest of the crew put into the entire experience. If you are looking for a fun, easy, and transformative experience for a group- I HIGHLY recommend you contacting Susan and Ron at Butter and Egg Adventures!!

At the end of our meals, the cake was brought out, no knife, no plates. He asked after I blew out the candles (that my mom brought) if we wanted the cake cut and he would take it to the back to have it sliced. I said no I want to cut it myself and that was fine with him. When we got our check, a $25 fee was added to our bill for the cake. We were not made aware of the add on whatsoever. I think if they would've mentioned from the get go that we had to pay for my cake to be brought out we would've declined and kept the cake with us.
