It is truly wonderful and worth a visit. The playground is filled with families and children of all ages. Everything is spaced out nicely with plenty of walkways and seating for parents and caregivers. Town Creek also has bathrooms and drinking fountains with easy and convenient parking. No skateboards, bicycles, or pets.

We came from out of town and a family friend recommended to meet at this place. We have a 10, 6 and 2 year old and they all had a blast. We spent hours here, the time went by so fast as the kids were just running from one activity to the next over and over. It did tire them out and they slept great that night. Staff were friendly though inside it would have been nice to have a few more staff monitoring and helping. Prime example was there was nobody there to monitor or help harness kids to be able to rock climb but the parents all seemed to figure it out. There is no ice available for birthday parties, though they did drop stale popcorn in tiny paper bags and warm Capri Suns in our room, but the employee didn't say a word, or even smile, when she came in and I said thank you. The equipment is disgusting - no way it's cleaned daily, or even weekly. None of the bumper cars worked, the ball pit has no balls in it, the bounce houses have no lighting over them, making it so dark inside that children were banging into each other in the dark. "Children" larger than adults were freely playing on equipment clearly made for toddlers. Staff did nothing, despite our repeatedly complaining that the toddlers at our party were being hurt. The entire building seems old, dirty, and not at all taken care of. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially when paying so much for a birthday party. For a little more, Monkey Joe's would been light years better for our little ones, in safety, amenities for birthday parties, fun experiences, and cleanliness.

I didn't get the sense that there was any deep cleaning anywhere in that facility. They only have snacks and fluids which are way overpriced. They were understaffed. We visited Funtastic this weekend and had an amazing time. Maybe the owner should visit and see what a clean and safe indoor play area can look like. THIS WAS OUR 1st and last time.

Just got back from an excellent 3.5 day retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures…read more My husband and I brought 25 students, plus our two kids down to Troy. While the website was impressive, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The staff is warm and welcoming. The camp is family run, and it is obvious that the rest of the staff are included in that warmth. Our students had a blast on the zip lines and ropes courses, and grew together as a group through the facilitated team building activities. As a director of Residential Life it was incredibly heart warming watching the students open up to each other and work together in a new way. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things. Even though my husband and I were the only chaperones of 25 teens (with our two kids), we felt relaxed the entire time. Because of the staff's collaboration with us, we knew the students were taken care of. It made the entire adventure a relaxing experience - which, believe me, is a huge feat. While there were threats of a storm (which never happened) we felt perfectly safe with the camp's procedures. Any of our group's random complications were handled with grace and support. You can really tell the thought and care that Susan, Ron, Natalie, and the rest of the crew put into the entire experience.
