Took the prescription for my glasses to Costco and they were terrible. I went to another eye doctor and they got the correct prescription and now I see fine. So now I get emails from her selling her books. The a couple of weeks ago I got an email saying I owe them $100 for missing an appointment. I had canceled that appointment when I found out the prescription was wrong. I never received a reminder email or phone call so I called and they reluctantly said I would not have to pay.

He has performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and one of my husband's eyes. All surgeries went well and his calm demeanor helped calm my nerves prior to the procedure. The optical department is great with a good array of frames to choose from. They stand behind their work; when I felt one of the lenses in my glasses did not seem right, I was scheduled for another eye exam and the lens was reordered to the new prescription with no hassle and no charge. That is A+ customer service in my book.

It's always very easy to schedule appointments and you can literally take a visit on a lunch break, as she is efficient and honors appointment times. So much respect for doctors and practices that try their best to stay on time and respect your time as well. All of the staff are friendly, they do a great job explaining what to expect, and it's no frills billing that you pay during your appointment time. Aside from my routine eye exams, Dr. Fripps has excellent chair side manner and holds space for you to address any questions or concerns you may have with your eyes. Then not only does she make recommendations, but also tries to give 2-3 recommendations in varying price points and locations (online vs retail) for whatever budget you may be hoping to stay within. This is one of those places you almost wish you visit more than once a year or so, but it's a welcoming practice and she remembers little details about you even though visits are infrequent.
