About three weeks I went to fill my five 5 gallon water bottles and I didn't have cash. The guy said he would have to charge me extra for me using that payment method. I said fine and the man (owner) proceeded to begin filling my five containers. When it was time to pay I took out my promo card, where if you fill nine 5 gallon water containers the 10th is free. When he saw I pulled out my promo card for him to punch the number of water containers I had paid to fill he stated that he would not punch it because I paid with credit card. So not only was I charged extra for paying with a debit card I was punished as well. This was totally greedy and rude on the owners part. I had been a customer of Virginia's water for a few years now but he lost my business. So now I took my business to Blue Water store at the Start Bros shopping center on Hook Blvd. and everytime I am able to I will warn people about the greediness and rudeness on the part of the male owner of Virginia's Water. read more

They're not handicap friendly and frankly quite rude! We've been going there since the beginning of this yr and they had been friendly until the one day the husband (one of the owners) was alone I asked for help because my son wasn't with me it was only ONE 5 gallon water bottle to be put in my car since I'm disable with severe back problems it's quite difficult for me to carry anything let alone a 5 gallon water bottle! He brushed me off saying he couldn't leave his business unattended he then said stand outside and wait for someone to walk by and ask them to help you! I said 'I'm only parked in the front handicap parking "legally" he continue to rudely brush me off saying "okay bye " in a cold don't care tone. I was shocked even after I mentioned I couldn't lift it and I was parked in the handicap infront of his door he still dismissed me and mind you there where NO COSTUMERS AROUND the whole time I was there. I was in severe pain the rest of the day and couldn't sleep because of it! Disabled people don't have to be in a wheelchair to have a handicap be mindful of that I will NEVER GO AGAIN AND IF YOU'RE DISABLED MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP YOU.SINCE THAT ISN'T PART OF THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

Bargains bargains bargains bargains and yes bargains! I used to get water delivered to my home but now I come here. I was impressed with their filtration system which you can see through the front window. No bums drinking straight from the nozzle or taking a baths like those outdoor blue water vending machines. Everything here is cleaned daily and you could taste it in how crisp the water is. I used to pay $8 for a 5 gallon bottle from delivery but now I pay 11.25 for ten 5 gallon bottles with the free one! Only difference is I pick it up but I'm literally saving about $69! They also carry ice bags, water coolers, bottled water and empty water jugs in all sizes! read more
