I have consistently chosen to support local, family-owned businesses with the expectation of receiving a higher standard of care, accountability, and service than what is often experienced with larger corporate providers. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been the opposite. Over multiple deliveries, I have repeatedly received water jugs that were cracked, leaking, and clearly compromised prior to delivery. Although replacements were offered on subsequent service dates, the fact that this issue has persisted demonstrates a clear pattern of negligence in handling and quality control. These repeated failures have already resulted in property damage within my home, including damage to my garage storage area and the need to replace personal items such as workout mats. Despite my efforts to be patient and allow the company an opportunity to correct the issue, the lack of improvement is unacceptable. More concerning is the potential health risk. I purchase alkaline water with the expectation that it is handled, stored, and delivered in a sanitary and uncompromised condition. Delivering damaged containers directly undermines the integrity of the product and raises serious concerns about possible contamination. This is not simply poor service--it is a matter of consumer safety. Most recently, a visibly cracked jug was placed in my dispenser, where it leaked inside my home and caused significant damage to my baseboards and flooring (see attached photos). This incident reflects not only carelessness, but a failure to exercise basic responsibility and due diligence in the delivery process. Consumers and businesses should be aware of the risks associated with receiving compromised water containers, including potential exposure to contaminants. This level of service is unacceptable and, in my opinion, unethical. I will be contacting Masters directly to seek resolution and accountability for the damages incurred. I will provide updates as appropriate. At this time, however, I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service. read more

I found out they were not a Primo Co! The Master's Coffee and Water are very polite and nice company to work with. We have had Master's service for over 10 years. It has changed hands a couple times during this time frame. The current ownership needs to improve their communication and service. Recently, our rented cooler quit working. I tried communicating by phone and email for over a week with no response. We finally bought our own cooler. When I notified Master's visa email, they responded the next day and scheduled a day to pick up their cooler. Twice during this past month I have a requested that our delivery be "skipped" and received bottles anyway. We have enjoyed Master's water service up until now but are considering other options. read more

We have continued to use Master's for our water needs. We requested a few changes (address/bottle qty) to our account throughout the year, which were promptly taken care of by Trinity with no issues. Our current driver, Darien, has done a great job getting the bottles to us and addressing some of the issues we've had with leaking/cracked bottles. Darien's kindness and professionalism is much appreciated. These days we have been drinking a lot more water for many different reasons including the 500 degree weather out here in riverside. This company has provided a great service so far and we are very happy. Flexibility was also important as my wife and I went on a 2 week vacation out of country. Communication for our delivery days due to our traveling was simple and painless. We will be doing more traveling so this is a huge plus for us. For the plan we chose, we've received a brand new self cleaning bottom loaded water dispenser and 5 bottles. The deliveries were always on time and never had any problems. We used to buy bottled water, but discovered that we will be saving some money and headache by going this route... not to mention we don't have 800 bottles of water to recycle every week. The employees that we have dealt with have all been pleasant and helpful, always willing to work something out despite our schedule changes. If I could give a zero, I would. Please be aware that this company does not have an accurate or correct accounting system. Read all invoices for accuracy of date and time of service. Check for double charges on months of service. I have had multiple invoices be sent to me that contained fraudulent charges. Update to Gerry Lyles of Hisperia response: Thank you for calling me evil, I've never had such a high compliment. Fun fact, the Attorney General receives thousands of consumer complaints a year. They only investigate the claims that are presented with enough evidence that there is a reasonable assumption of fraud. If they have contacted you well then the shoe fits I guess. I'd love to add that those several emails, text, and calls you claim were made were by automatic system response. You proved this yourself when you sent me screenshots of your internal system out of anger so desperate to prove you had done no wrong. Those active conversations you mention were because I called in and each time I was told I would be called back with a response. That never happened. Do you know what did? I was ignored for weeks, and then a new magical bill showed up in my mail where again the charges were different and your invoice numbers didn't match. I honestly laughed when I received it. Can I ask why does Theresa screens her phone calls now? Is it because she doesn't want to talk to people like me who want answers about why they are being charged? Probably, but that is just my assumption. You did such a beautiful job twisting facts to fit your narrative of me being a terrible customer that doesn't pay her bills. We both know these allegations have no merit and at any point in time I would love to share evidence to support that your company has no communication skills at all. This could have been over before it began, had just 1 of your employees took the time to call me, explain you wanted to terminate service, and picked up your cooler. I'm changing this review from good to pain in my behind. It's hard to get hold of anyone, they can't seemed to manage their financial affairs with customer billing. I've been on auto pay since setting up the account then suddenly I received a invoice telling me I owe twice as much. I called them up and asked what was going on because I have auto pay set up and was informed that they had some type of computer glitch that was kicking the customers out of auto pay. I made good on my payments and had a 0 balance. I requested 6 cases of water along with my usual 3, 5 gallon bottles and was told no you need to pay your balance. What, I don't have a balance never have a balance. I pay my bills! To make a long story short I told them to come get their unit and bottles. I'll go back to Sparkletts. I did not receive a delivery in October. I called today to see what happened. It turns out I have a past due invoice. I don't understand why someone didn't reach out to notify me I wasn't going to receive my monthly delivery. I was told that I have to wait until November 25th to get a delivery or pay $25 for them to deliver before that date. I have a business. I go through 10 bottles p/month. There isn't any water for my employees. I've been a customer for 5 years. I just switched to Ready Fresh. They are going to deliver on Friday and I'll save $1 per bottle. It's really too bad that customer service drew a line in the sand. read more

We moved up here in June and had never had a water service before but we wanted alkaline. We called them and they were so patient discussing different options. We decided on one option first then we changed it. Their customer service is great but I will say for us the real reason we probably will stay ongoing customers is because our driver/ delivery guy Justin is amazing. He's very easy to talk to, very nice, patient with my mom that doesn't speak English and is always willing to communicate even when our dogs are barking a muck.
