Thankfully, I had enough change to get water filled, since it stopped the minute I was told cash only. Value? Not sure, but most likely the going rate, .40 cents/gallon. I'm a Nomad as I look for land to settle on. Til then, gotta find backup water stores. Golden Rule and a friendly smile isn't much to ask for, but...
