Don't even have the courtesy to call you back if they REFUSE TO TAKE YOU AS A PATIENT. Is this now part of the Hippocratic Oath? Only accept patient who are not that sick so that they can process (not heal) six patients per hour so they have six patients they can bill for10 minutes each. I think they are a disgrace.

He handles everything and he's there for you whenever you need him despite the fact that he has a very large practice. Is one of the doctors that we used to have growing up and he hasn't changed he is just a sweetheart. I would highly recommend him!! 5*

After so many years I tell myself that we are among his favorite patients, but it's probably how he makes all his patients feel. I like how I never feel rushed when I'm in the room with the doctor, and if I'm there for one specific issue, he asks me questions about other aspects of my health, ie. what else is going on? My son started with Dr Mike's brother Dr Jay at birth and continued until he aged out of going to a pediatrician (which was a surprisingly sad day for me!) and now he too is doing great with Dr Mike. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.

What's the first name?". She went on to tell me how I couldn't ask to get an A1c because they're only ordered once a patient is a diabetic even though the last glucose was above normal (btw, according to the latest 2021 ADA guideline and the previous years, FPG 100-125 is one of the criteria for prediabetes), and he is above 45. She said to just eat better, watch the carbs and it should be fine. I don't appreciate how she was giving medical advice when she's not a healthcare provider. We gave her the respect when she spoke, however, when it was my turn to talk, she constantly interrupted me with her loud, crude tone. There's only so much unprofessionalism I can take before I responded- and yes, I reciprocated. From what I heard, the doctor is great and caring, but the staff could use some sensitivity training and allow patients and caregivers to talk instead of treating us like sub-humans.
