My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) It's by two highways making it very easy to access. You can't miss it- it's in a small red brick building with a giant kangaroo on the side. (The owner is from Australia hence the name.) I've been twice- once for a car detailing and the other to get my water pump and belt replaced. They did an excellent job with detailing my Toyota Camry and it only cost $45. For the water pump and belt, they offered two prices before- one for brand new parts from Toyota or one using refurbished parts. Even going with the more expensive option, it only was $771. Every time I've gone, they've noticed a light out or dirt build up around a part. They replace it or clean it without any extra cost. Everyone I've worked with is super nice and never patronizing. Josh especially is amazing. My car broke down on my way to the shop and Josh and his team ran to meet me and pushed my car to their shop. I cannot recommend this spot enough!
