There was a piece missing, and he came back two weeks later to install it at no extra charge. Not many businesses provide that kind of service anymore. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I paid $900 on June 28, 2026, for what was represented as bumper and hood repairs. Based on my experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the overall service. The repair took less than one hour at my home, and many of the issues I hired this business to address were not properly repaired. Parts that should have been reinstalled underneath my SUV were left off, and my bumper was secured with screws and nails instead of the appropriate hardware. I was also charged $250 for spray paint that I was told was custom mixed. When I questioned the quality of the work, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I the receipt I received did not accurately reflect the work that was performed. I have retained photographs, receipts, and documentation regarding the condition of my vehicle before and after the repair, and I am pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal channels. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business and would encourage others to thoroughly research their options before hiring them. Response to Rocky- Your claim that I was deceitful is completely false. I was transparent with you from the beginning regarding the condition of my vehicle. I specifically informed you that the bumper had already been removed, and you assured me that you could repair it. At no point did you tell me the repair would be temporary, unfinished, or of poor quality. Instead, you represented yourself as someone capable of performing the work professionally. You initially told me that you needed to purchase custom-mixed automotive paint and later claimed you had spent $250 on paint and materials. That representation was false. Instead, you used inexpensive spray paint that does not appear to be automotive-grade. When I told you I no longer wanted you to perform the work, you insisted that I owed you $250 for your time and for paint you claimed had already been mixed. When I questioned those charges, you became increasingly aggressive. From the moment you arrived, your conduct was unprofessional and intimidating. You repeatedly cursed, raised your voice, and threw pieces of my vehicle onto the ground outside of my garage, causing additional damage. Your behavior disturbed the peace in my neighborhood and was completely unacceptable. Rather than repairing my vehicle, you caused further damage. You attached a defective bumper by drilling screws and fasteners directly into my vehicle instead of repairing or installing it properly. You also drilled screws and fasteners into areas around the wheel wells, many of which have already fallen out. Parts of my vehicle that were not previously damaged were damaged during your work. You failed to use the replacement clips that I had already purchased, and instead used improper hardware that has compromised the integrity of the repair. Additionally, you failed to reinstall components underneath my vehicle that should have been secured back into place. Instead, those parts were hidden underneath the SUV, where I could not see them until the vehicle was moved. Leaving those components unattached exposes the underside of my vehicle to road debris and creates additional safety concerns. You also instructed me to walk away while you worked so that I would not see what you were doing. During the repair, you even initiated a FaceTime call with other individuals and appeared to mock the condition of my vehicle. That conduct alone demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect. After you stated you completed work on my vehicle, my vehicle was left in worse condition than before. What was presented as a repair instead resulted in additional damage requiring further repairs, replacement parts, labor, and repainting. My vehicle, which was operational before your work, now will not start. While I am not blaming you for damage caused by another individual before you became involved, I am holding you responsible for the damage and lack of workmanship to my vehicle that you personally caused through your workmanship and conduct. My vehicle is essential transportation for my minor son, who has a disability. I rely on it to safely transport him to and from his medical appointments, specialist visits, and therapy sessions. Reliable and safe transportation is a necessary part of providing for his medical care. You attempted to use my son's disability against me by making derogatory comments regarding the disability-related funds that help provide for his care. You also attempted to justify adding an additional 11% charge by referencing those benefits. Regardless of your reasoning, invoking my disabled minor child's circumstances in an attempt to increase the cost of your services or to disparage me was completely inappropriate and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and basic decency. FYI: You asked me how I was paying you. Be truthfully honest. It goes a long way.
