The best windshield repair business! Initially when I called for a quote I was given a good price with no pressure to make an appointment. Steve even gave some advice on what to ask other businesses because I wanted a few more quotes from other places. When I called back to make an appointment he was very accommodating with my schedule. He even called to let me know when he was on his way! A few months ago while driving on the freeway, a small pebble struck my windshield. The windshield later cracked and needed a replacement. I called Steve from Vision Auto Glass at around 9:00 a.m. for a quote. Based on quotes I received from other vendors, the pricing was fair. I asked Steve when he could come to my office to replace the windshield. He said he could be there by 2:00 p.m. A couple of hours later, Steve called me and gave me a choice: 1) he could come by the office now to do the replacement but would have to return with the paperwork or 2) he could stop by later after he got the paperwork from his office. I went with option 1. Steve was at the office in the next few minutes, explained the procedure, and explained what to do after the installation. About an hour later he was done. As promised, he returned to my office with the paperwork. Overall, the installation was professionally done and looks great. Steve did a great job and kept his word, which is hard to find nowadays. Steve was referred to me by a friend and he did a great job replacing my shattered sunroof glass. He was even able to find factory glass that was close to the original (it didn't have the shaded color, but I'm ok with that). He even managed to vacuum up all the shattered glass he could that was on the inside of the interior roof. I called him on a Wednesday and he came by the next day and installed the glass in an hour.
