When I drove into the plaza I noticed the familiar building and gave it an afterthought. I'd be back to visit it on my way out. When I parked and went inside I didn't know what to expect, but it surely wasn't this. I was expecting at least some order, but no. Think of this place as your open box destination. Basically, anything that has even been returned to a Best Buy ended up here. From appliances to television, laptops to desktops, tablets to sound bars. And anything in between. Looking for a deal on a 75" television, you might just be lucky here. Need a MacBook, they got you covered. However, if you want to pick up a game for your system, this is not the place. I was approached once while I was browsing the televisions and I had asked about this place. The associate told me what the jest was and I told her that I was sorry that this store was now an outlet. She chuckled and thanked me for my concern. I spent a lot of time at the tablet/laptop section. It is hard to browse this section since it is in cages. After a while I just gave up on this. I did end up purchasing, but for the life of me I cannot remember what it was. I do remember that the lines were crazy and no one could figure out what line to be in. The guy that helped me was quick and I was on my way out the door.

I went to pick up my washer, but unfortunately, it didn't fit in my vehicle. Without hesitation, the team quickly arranged for it to be delivered and installed at my home. It was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I want to especially shout out Dre, who went above and beyond in every way. He walked me through the process step-by-step, was incredibly kind, professional, and considerate. He noticed I was dealing with some arthritic pain and personally grabbed a chair for me and said, "Please, have a seat." That level of care and human decency meant so much. This is exactly what I think of when I think of true customer service excellence. Dre is a shining example of what it means to care for customers -- and proof that there are still good people in this world doing service the right way. We experienced phenomenal customer service from Ashley. She offered us pleasant assistance with a smile! Ashley made suggestions, showed us different options, and was extremely helpful. She was also patient and able to answer all of our tech questions. The store itself is spacious with a variety of electronic options to choose from. They also had plenty of options fully stocked on the sales floor. We were able to make the purchase and move on with our day. An easy breezy shopping experience. Thanks, Ashley!!

This appointment was then cancelled and rescheduled for July 13,2026. I returned to Woodmore town center location as scheduled early. At this appointment I was referred to three different staff for my installation appointment. Finally, I was informed that the technician was NOT available today! After being delayed , my concern is no one could have notify the customer that the 4 pm appointment was cancelled. Per the staff you only have ONE technician. A courtesy cancellation would have been much appreciative. Finally, I was rescheduled for July 25, 2026. I am writing this as a formal complaint, in after inconvenienced and no results no return calls from any of Best Buy management team. As a manager someone role should include follow up or quality control for this location. Emergency do happen but this whole process was been disappointing, as a repeat customer who has supported BEST BUY in the past;it appears staff disregard the value of customer time . I called and explained my issue and the gentleman stated , no problem should be about 100$ on top of the diagnostics fee . I stated no problem with that cost. I get a call a few days later and they state the cost is 149$. I explained what the Manager stated to me and they stated it was untrue. Yes, its only a 50$ difference, however it was the point . I felt like they were trying to get over. So I declined the service. I went to another location of Ubreakitifix franchise in Bowie and had a wonderful experience. And they charged me the correct amount of $100 to fix the issue. The Bowie location had excellent customer service. I have tried to email the owner but the email message was undelivered so I was unable to express my discontent.
