    Went to this location around 7pm on a Saturday evening, while the store closing time posted was 9pm. My mom and I specifiaclly went there to purchase a new computer system and was helped by a nice but pushy gentleman. My mother explained to him what she was looking for and that she already had a best buy credit card and was willing to use it... He advised her that even though she already had the card, that she should also apply for the best buy visa. She was hesitant but did anyway to recieve the discount and she was approved for $4000.00. At this point he then tried to sell her all kinds of warrenties and additional add-ons for the computer. When she declined he turned to me (I was there to purchase a new phone) and asked me to apply. I too had a best buy credit card so i declined. He then tried to sell us a gaming computer because he heard me talking aboit my 14 yr old. I declined on that also... It was about 830 and the lights began to shut off (unprofessional) and because the guy was trying to sell us the entire store we hadnt even purchased the computer or got to look at the phones. Around 845 we had completed our computer sale and began to look at the phones. We were told that since we were in the store we could go ahead and check out the phones. Around 850 a manager came over and told us the store was closed and we needed to leave, as i saw him tell all the other customers as well. In my opinion, the entire experience was unprofessional! We were heckled, upsold, and then rushed out even though we were still planning on spending money there! Needless to say, I didnt get my phone. My mom also had to set up automatic payments to come out her account because what the guy didnt tell her was that if she used her card for her purchase, and payments werent made on the card on the same day every month that her interest rate would go up to a whopping 27%! We have the autmatic payments set but beware of the fast selling and lack of details given at this location!

So, I go shopping. I have seen the ads for Bray & Scarff, and was checking them against the Big Box stores. A tad higher, but they said they'll match pricing. I call, get a very nice sales lady, Tiffany, just to get pricing, but she was so efficient, friendly, and quickly matched the Lowes pricing, that I started an order estimate (which she emailed me so I could see a clear bottom line cost). She had matched Lowes and Home Depot. Delivery and take away was the same, but then she told me their delivery people were in-house, not contractors. And she could get the ones I picked out delivered the next day as they had them in stock. So before I knew it, the order is placed and paid for. I had saved some time, and had to head out any way, so I stopped in and chatted with her. Excellent shpowroom. No fancy set-ups, but clean, well organized displays of appliances. Anyway, By later in the early evening, they had a delivery time of 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. This morning (delivery day is today, 6/16/2026), checking emails, at 11:04am, I got an email, said they'd be here in 7 minutes! The delivery men were here early! How often does THAT happen? Only 15 minutes, but still. Delivery was handled by 3 men, and working as a team, had it in and running in a half hour, no dents, scratches, perfectly balanced and placed, and they even test ran them. Excellent service start to finish. Yelp needs a way to give a PLUS to a review. These folks are well above a 5 Star company.

Once a symbol of reliability and craftsmanship, its service arm has, regrettably, become a study in decline. Each year seems to bring a new low in professionalism. Service appointments are routinely canceled at the last minute, leaving customers stranded in the scheduling void. The technician assigned to our area, in particular, has redefined discourtesy--arriving unprepared, dismissive, and often unhygienic. Shoe coverings, once a simple mark of respect for the household, are flatly refused. When asked for explanations or details about repairs, responses come laced with impatience or outright rudeness. It is disheartening to witness a brand once associated with trust erode so steadily at the hands of its own representatives. After decades of loyalty, we are left to wonder whether the company remembers what service once meant--or if it now believes its long-time customers will simply tolerate neglect disguised as business as usual.

One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.

    The true quality of a company is revealed when something goes wrong. And in this case it did and…read morethe results were bad. I hired the company to repair my washer. Diagnosis visit was great. Not so good after that. First repair appointment was cancelled during my scheduled appointment window because the part wasn't in yet. Second repair appointment, Mohamed showed up for the repair only to realize he had picked up the wrong part. The worst part was how he handled it. He said he had to drive back to Alexandria to get the right part. I had another contractor appointment at another property and told him my schedule was very challenging. He immediately became angry and literally started yelling at me. Said he was very busy too and this was messing up his whole schedule, exclaiming that it wasn't his fault. I was hoping to discuss our schedules to figure something out but he was losing it. I was trying to figure out what to do and he was yelling, "decide! decide!". Overwhelmed, I decided I would tell him go get it and come back and I'd try to figure out a solution in the meantime. After he left, I messaged the company and asked that they send another tech. They didn't have another tech. They refused to answer the phone and were not apologetic. Fortunately I was able to get my husband to come home from work and be there. At this point I was very upset and didn't ever want to see that man again. When Mohamed returned he fixed the dryer and apologized to my husband, but not to me, even though he was still texting me. Said he was really stressed. A little over a month later the part failed. It made me sick that we had to go back to the same company. They again said they didn't have another tech so again I had my husband be there for the appointment. I realized that likely there is only one Mohamed and the owner and tech are the same person. In spite of everything that had happened - the canceled appointment during the appointment time, showing up with the wrong part and yelling at me for it - he charged us $79 trip charge to replace the failed part. Said his labor warranty was 30 days. Here he had an opportunity to do something to compensate for his previous behavior and last minute cancellations, but he chose not to. I will never use this company again and do not recommend at all. So many good reviews but when things go wrong, beware.

One Husqvarna which shuts off when mowing, he operated it in my presence and same thing happened. The other is a Craftsman. I told him the craftsman was leaking gas. He took both and he brought back the Husqvarna after two weeks or so. When he brought it and I started it the same noise I was hearing was noticed. I told him something is still wrong he said he fixed it and I said okay. The following day I was unable to use it and he came back 4 days to pick it up. I asked him about the craftsman and told him not to fix it again since he told he could get it to start and stopped the leaks and for him to return it when He returned the Husqvarna as well. After about a month he brought back the Husqvarna and not the craftsman and I have been asking him to bring back the craftsman because even the Husqvarna that he brought back was useless and I can't use it. He refused and has been holding my machine hostage. I have called and texted him several times to no avail. He told me that I have to pay for diagnostic fee. I told him I would not pay such because I told him the problem before he picks up and with the unsatisfactory of the Husqvarna I asked him earlier on to returned it because he told me that he has not worked on. Please do not do business with him. It's a shame that this happened to me. Customer service is the heart of any business and to want to deceive people because you want to pay your bills is bad because that's all he tells me that he has to pay his bills but I have paid him for the Husqvarna that's not even working and he wants me to pay him for something that I knew the diagnosis and I told him and since his work was not satisfactory earlier on, I asked him to plead dropped off the other one and not fix it.
