The exam process was smooth, and Victoria (possibly the manager) was fantastic--super kind, helpful, and made frame selection easy. I spent $275 on two pairs and was advised to have them shipped to the store for a proper fitting. Big mistake. My receipt stated they'd be ready by March 20, but it's now nearly April, and I still don't have them. I've called multiple times (3/21, 3/25, 3/27) and kept getting the same response: "We have a lot of boxes to unload; we'll call, text, and email when your order arrives." None of that ever happened. No follow-up, no accountability whatsoever. It's unacceptable that I had to chase down my order, especially for something as essential as prescription glasses. Terrible communication and unreliable service. Avoid this location if you need your glasses on time!

They are either overbook or understaffed but either way, the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. 100% my last time stepping a foot in ANY America's "Worst" Contacts & Eyeglasses. 1/10 stars and the one star is solely being given because the techs inside had ZERO fault in this situation and were very kind and understanding. I had 5 children with me because I foster. We are all different ethninticities. It was clear when we walked in she had judged us not having a clue what our story was. After the exam, I was charged an additional $40 for "new imaging" instead of dilation. The doctor mentioned this technology but did not disclose that it would cost extra. That is not acceptable. Patients should be clearly informed of any additional charges before services are performed. When I raised the issue, staff did not provide a clear explanation or attempt to address the concern. This was not transparent and did not meet basic expectations for patient communication. I would not recommend this office based on this experience.
