My frames broke, and I brought them in for repair, expecting a turnaround time of a week or two. Instead, the process took over two months. During that time, I contacted the office multiple times and was repeatedly given inaccurate information. On one occasion, I was told that we had spoken at the end of May and that I had agreed to come pick up my glasses--this conversation never occurred. I was then told my glasses would be mailed to me via USPS on a Wednesday and that I would receive them by that Friday. They never arrived. The following Wednesday, I went to the office in person, only to be told the staff member I needed to speak with had stepped out for lunch. After my name was pulled up in the system, the same staff member appeared shortly after. She admitted she had forgotten to send my glasses and offered a $4.00 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. That gesture felt dismissive and inadequate given the delay of over two months and the lack of honesty throughout the process. I expressed that these experiences made me question whether I would return to the practice at all. I was originally referred to this office, but based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending it to others.

My daughter had to say something and then they took me back and someone took my blood sugar because I hadn't ate since 4:30 the day before and didn't have any kind of water to drink since 10:30 the night before. My blood sugar was 352 or 353 . The girl who took it said "yeah..it's a little high" Meanwhile they carted in Outback lunch for employees because it was 'Welcome the new Technicians Week'. May I suggest if you are going to 'Welcome' new technicians that you do it after business hours......not on my time or my dime. Shame on Dr. Clary for not stepping up in defense of his diabetic patients or any patients whether to see a doctor or to have scheduled surgery.

I am not going to invalidate anyone that felt uncomfortable, but Dr. Loftis has also paid me compliments during my exam. Never did it make me feel uncomfortable. I have never found it inappropriate nor was it done in a "creepy" way. He is a lot more personable that most providers, but he also always remembers me and even my husband and children by name. Their office is very nice and the staff is amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality services.

When I went in, I knew that my vision was bad and that I had an astigmatism. The exam went okay and Dr. Taylor told me he that he was going to have to order me a special lens for my left eye. He never mentioned that the special lens was going to be a toric lens. I have tried a toric lens three times and I do not like them. When I found out, I asked to be switched to a regular lens. Sansbury refused to write a new prescription without another exam. It was less than a week since I had my eyes examined. I was sent out with a lens I cannot wear and my eyesight in that eye is -11.50. In my opinion, they did not care that I cannot see without a lens in that eye. That was the worst customer service I have ever had at a medical facility. I will not return and I advise anyone considering Sansbury to be very wary.
