Krzyzak Eyecare was recommended more than anyone else, so I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy that I did. It did take a few months to get in there initially, so if you are reading this and thinking about schedueling an appointment, plan accordingly. While I usually hate waiting, I considered this to be a good sign that people are happy here and that I was making a good choice. For my exam, I met with Dr. Michael Krzyzak, who I felt was very personable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what the best options were for my situation. After the exam I met with the absolutely wonderful Alicia, who helped me pick out my new frames and was very thorough in making sure that she had the perfect measurements for my new progressive lenses. When someone knows what they are doing like she did, it adds a whole new level of value to buying your glasses in house, rather than online. And when I came back to pick up my new glasses, she made me feel like a VIP even though I am new to the practice. The whole experience was everything that I could have asked for and I'm so grateful to have found an eyecare team that I have complete confidence in and will now stick with.

I appreciated the time spent with me and taken to confirm that I had no further questions. I did not feel rushed at any time. The optician who assisted with my contacts was also very nice and patient - if you haven't worn contacts, what a task learning to put them in and out! You've been warned! She was encouraging and never made me feel rushed. They've got a new patient to add to their roster and I would encourage anyone I know to go there too.

I've been having a troubling time with this office. The staff are very kind, however there has been…read moremany issues with my orders. My appointment was in November at which time I had ordered Trial Contacts and they said it would be either delivered to them or my home address. All of November and most of December passes. No calls and no deliveries. After Christmas I had called them to follow up and inquire if my contacts had arrived yet since they weren't delivered to my home. The staff said that they were delivered to their office last month (no one notified me of this), but they cannot locate them in the office. They had multiple staff searching in the back with no luck. The staff then said since they lost my contacts that they can order 2 trial contacts to make up for it. I agreed to this gingerly. They said that the contacts will arrive in one week. A week passes and I call them for a follow up, the staff reported that my contacts are on the delivery truck set to be delivered at 9pm and that they will call me the morning after. The morning after no one called. I called their office at 5pm yesterday and the staff reported "We don't have them it usually takes 2 weeks." I told them that the staff yesterday informed me that they were on a delivery truck for last night. The staff then stated "We have different tracking systems and sometimes they're not right." I am also waiting on a pair of glasses, but I had just ordered those last week so I know those take time, but it has been 2 months waiting for trial contacts.

I asked them if they could do anything for me and they said this was "normal wear and tear." I also had to have my glasses re-shaped several times and they were generally short with me about it. They actually still bother me because they made it such a hassle to re-work the frames. Generally crappy service and rude people. I wouldn't go back.

I wear contact lenses and suffer from dry eyes and allergies. During my exams she always looks through my records and asks about past issues and informs me of any new medicines that could help me. A few years ago I suffered an eye injury and Dr McPherson saw me several times over the course of a few times to ensure it healed properly- but only charged me for 1 visit!! Their contact lense prices are reasonable and they offer coupons. Don't be afraid to ask for free samples too. Oh! My favorite part- you know that awful glaucoma air puff eye test you normally have to do? They use the latest technology that photographs your eye in a quick second. No need for the air puff test!
