Paid extra for the wider field of vision and the field of vision is still so narrow that I can't turn my head in the slightest before everything goes out of focus. I have now gone somewhere else and much happier with the lenses. My guess is they have a cheap lens grinding machine that just does a terrible job at getting a prescription right.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!…read more WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Eyeglass World that I feel compelled to share. I brought a friend's pair of glasses to their store for repairs, trusting their supposed expertise. They assured me they could fix them, but instead, the glasses were broken by one of their employees. To make matters worse, the employee giggled and said, "I'm sorry, super glue is now your best friend," without offering any compensation or a proper apology. Taking my grievance to corporate seemed like the right move, so I did, but a few days later, the store manager's response was equally frustrating. Instead of compensating for the glasses their employee broke, she offered to cover the cost of an eye exam and insisted we pay regular prices for new glasses, with a buy-one-get-one promotion that's already available to the public. When I expressed my frustration and argued that I shouldn't have to pay for glasses they broke, the manager coldly replied that comping the glasses or the eye exam was against company policy. She said I could either accept the eye exam or receive nothing at all. It's against company policy, yet she offers me one anyway; she can do both. This blatant disregard for their responsibility was appalling to me. The situation was made worse by the manager's attitude, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and flat-out dishonesty. She claimed that her employee had warned me about the risk of breaking the glasses, which was an outright lie. If I had been informed of any risk, I would have taken them elsewhere for repair. When I asked for proof of their supposed terms of service acceptance, she caught an attitude and lied through her teeth about having video evidence and refused to show it. She then contradicted herself by saying customer service, not she, reviewed the footage. This experience has shown me that Eyeglass World is not only unprofessional but also deceitful. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake, lied about the circumstances, and treated a loyal customer with utter disrespect. I will never trust or recommend Eyeglass World to anyone. They are a complete disgrace and a huge disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs!

He bought 2 pairs of glasses but one pair didn't seem the same. He tried to tell them something was not right but they said both were exactly the same. Fast forward He went to a new optometrist this year and took both pairs to have just the lenses updated; he was told the prescription were not the same. The eye exam performed by the new optometrist was more detailed and they actually did an in depth exam on his bifocals. He said myeyedr was not that thorough. Now that he can compare he says his new lenses and contacts are so much better than when he got new glasses and contacts from myeyedr. Myeyedr is also more expensive and they just weren't very attentive to my husband.

They were a well oiled machine. Then we met with Jadyn, the Optician. My wife Jackie and i both enjoyed talking with her and understanding new trends and eyewear we may prefer. Jadyn was so attentive and just interested in us. She was a good listener and let us know she heard what we were saying in a very courteous way. Jackie plans to purchase several pair of glasses, both prescription sunglasses and the regular inside pair. From here on out we will be going to Vision Quest and asking for Jadyn, when we need new eyewear.

Rude handling of our issue. I went to pick up my new lenses for my glasses today after waiting over two weeks for the new lenses to be done. Erica told me the lenses did not fit my glasses and they had to be retraced in order for a new set of lenses to be ordered, which is going to take another two weeks!! Why was this not done correctly the first time??!!! Last year, I had to get a new set of glasses and lenses and the lab scratched my lenses and I had to wait about three and a half weeks to get the glasses!! When I did finally get the glasses, the lenses were scratched up!! I had to get the lenses fixed again!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! The only reason I am still coming here is because of Dr. Megan Avilia, the optometrist. She is delightful and a pure joy to be around. Unfortunately, it looks like I am going to have to find another optometrist. I am not going to put up with this anymore. The location needs to find new professional staff to work in the lab who know what they are doing. I would not recommend this particular location for your vision care. They're just efficient, and for a lady like me who likes efficiency in general and needed to get in and out specifically on the day that I visited, Target Optical fit my needs. I knew my prescription had not changed since the last time I got my eyes checked 12 months ago, so I just needed a doctor to check my eyes and confirm my suspicions by writing me a prescription. I was able to get my eye exam and prescription in hand in about 30 minutes. Also, my appointment started on time, and they didn't pressure me to order glasses or contacts from them. I told them that I just wanted my prescription because I wanted to buy a specific style of glasses elsewhere, and they were basically like, "Good, thanks for visiting, have a wonderful day," etc. I came back on a different day because I needed them to take my optical measurements for some glasses that I was buying somewhere else, and they didn't even blink as they measured my eyes and wrote down the measurements to give to a different optometrist. They didn't even charge me, either. Dang. All of this just endears me to Target Optical for my basic optometry needs.
