She has a calm and caring disposition and is the perfect example for an "Awesome Physical Therapist!" She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and efficient. She truly made a huge difference in helping my Dad recover from his hip surgery. I can not thank the team who helped me regain some of my mobility, confidence, strength, and happiness enough! Anna, Chaeli (Shay*lee), Christian, & Colleen are the most amazing Physical Therapist(PT)/Occupational Therapist(OT) I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Extremely communicative, fun, optimistic, and always willing to work around you! Mind you, my schedule is extremely flexible, so when there're slight changes to my appt dates/time, it doesn't affect me too much*. You have to understand that they're traveling from patient to patient with little to no break in between, say for their drive. Knowing that, plus seeing how far some have to drive in between clients, gave me a whole new understanding of these caregivers. That being said, if your schedule is already tight, make sure your PT/OT understands that so they can make sure that the time/date(s)byou both specify will be abided by. We have had Eli come back for a review of mom's therapy, and general condition especially mobility and balance.
