It's great going in to get your blood drawn and you know ahead of time it won't be too bad. And it's even better that the process was fast once you're checked in. That's always a plus when you're dealing with medical appointments as we all know!! The girls behind the counter at Mission Lab Express are skilled at taking blood. The fact that it never hurts when they do it is definitely a testament to their expertise. Having a painless experience during blood work can make a big difference in how comfortable you feel throughout the process. Mission Lab Express provides efficient and skilled service when it comes to blood work! I go at least once a year here. Keep up the good work guys!!

After watching several patients being admitted after I had arrived, I asked why all those people were admitted ahead of me. They said I had a same-day appointment and they were trying to fit me in. This was not true; my appointment was made two weeks previously and confirmed by telephone a couple of days previously. The office staff apologized and finally admitted me at 11:30 am.

She didn't greet me and just asked for my name like a calculated robot. She the. Proceeded to hound me and belittle me about having a card on file. She basically explained they are about the money. Really?? To where I responded that it clearly isn't about the true care of the patient and their wellbeing, and sat down. She is a terrible free my desk coordinator. She seems better fit for the DMV with her attitude. Then I saw Dr. Jeffries who was super late. The first 5 minutes of my visit was her on her cell phone trying to find a photo of my previous obgyn because she was curious to see if she knew her since she's a part of political group. Ummmm... hello??? She then basically didn't have her information straight about my ultrasound report and was completely wrong about the results. She never listened to me nor was compassionate about my symptoms. She basically undermined my previous healthcare team as she said "well I went to Duke and this is how things are done." Pretty much every other doctor is wrong despite my significant history. She chalked my symptoms up to stress. I even mentioned that we're getting married tomorrow, and she literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD!! She turned around and she goes "I know that's inappropriate, but that's just funny," and judged my fiancé and I for getting married on a Wednesday. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU MATTER AND PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED WITH YOUR CONCERNS. THIS WAS THE WORST PHYSICIAN EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! They neither are compassionate nor listen.

Wow, they don't even have public restrooms, which is absurd to me. The woman who helped me with my drug test was friendly enough. I've never had to wait this long for a drug test at any other lab facilities, even as a walk in. Avoid this location if you can.

The check-in person has always been cordial, the wait times have been swift & the care has felt personal. All of these things are typically hard to come by at urgent cares. Each time I've genuinely felt like the nurses & providers have cared to help out. I've left each time feeling better than when I arrived.
