I went ahead and paid the company as he acted as if his company was not financially secure enough to wait to check the leak and he wouldn't guarantee it any way. moral of the story, patch the problem until a reputable company can handle your call. generally, if a company doesn't have a website or take credit cards, it's a good red flag
