I was told its first come first serve and I have all the qualifications and more. Something is up with this branch.......i have been in the Temecula office, the university ave office and plaza blvd all have been extremely professional. Shout out to Angie your a superstar. I signed up with people ready three weeks ago, the first week waring rd had me locked since then I have worked three days. Then you have to call and "remind" them that you weren't paid, and have to take a picture of your sign in sheet as proof that you worked. They take out the bare minimum of taxes from your pay. They don't take state taxes out, because apparently they dont know how to do it. I don't consider them good for long term work, only short term due to their payroll problems. My time with them is getting short, and I'm glad it is.

It truly is a special place for students to have the opportunity to learn about financial literacy and how to run a business. I was lucky enough to be a business volunteer rather than a chaperone for one of my children's classes, so it was really fun to work with the kids and listen to them work through their business. I really believe that this is a key component missing from most children's education and I see the lack of financial literacy impacting young people after college. Junior Achievement fills this missing piece in curriculum that isn't taught in schools. I hope you have the opportunity to send your child here or you find time to volunteer with this organization. If you are a business, look at any chance to participate with Junior Achievement. While JA programs are not unique around the country, BizTown and Finance Park are. We truly are lucky here in San Diego!

They are often placed at low risk events and will direct the police at you if you appear to be causing trouble while drunk. Most event fans fail to realize that there are blocked off partitions to prevent the crowds from trampling themselves to death and yet people still die despite their best efforts. I can not blame them for the lack of bathrooms at these events. Being sub-contracted temps means that they know little about the events they are dropped in. Some of these people are even imported from out of state. Long story short: these are not cops but they will kick your ass if you are stupid enough to climb the stage or drop onto the field.
