My elderly father was admitted to this facility in December, he spent 3 months total at Vista Knoll. I was there 6 days a week and I became very familiar with the staff and facility. My father and myself had such an amazing experience here from the staff who cared beyond any expectation I ever had . Please know that my dad is not an easy guy to like or take care of. Yet every single time I was there, their kindness and care for their patients was truly amazing . The nurses and the physical therapy staff were exemplary caregivers. I'd like to specifically shout out to James and Matt in physical therapy and Demi. The nurses were all so good, but there were so many it's hard to remember their names. To all the kind wonderful people that work here at this facility thank you for taking such good care of my dad and being so nice to me as well. This is hard work and often thankless work so I was beyond surprised at how well they took care of my and kind at the same time. So thankful to you all. read more

My mother was put in this facility after a trip to the ICU at TriCity. The case workers at this facility are terrible. All they are interested in is discharging people that are unsafe discharges. The thing I learned at this facility is how uncaring and heartless the case workers are with people that have memory care issues like dementia and Alzheimer's. Part of their job is to help you with resources to help you with your loved ones find a safe place to go after their stay has ended at Vista Knoll. However, their nursing and CNA staff are very nice. I would 100% never recommend this facility to any one that truly cares about their loved one! read more

My elderly father was at this facility for a little over a month during that time they kept pushing him to come home because the insurance something with insurance even though we told them that we could still pay they sent him home way too early. He is now at risk of falling they didn't care. The therapist were being mean to him. The doctors were horrible. I would not recommend this place for your loved one. read more

I'm really glad they built a new facility, because the old building #2 where my family member was staying is in terrible shape--run-down and depressing, almost like a ghost town. I often have to walk around just to find a nurse. The meals aren't great, and they haven't been following my family members prescribed diet. They keep giving him Hi-C or some kind of red drink, even though he's diabetic. Some of the CNAs give him whatever he asks for, without considering his condition--like fruit cups loaded with sugar. That said, there have been some wonderful CNAs who treat him with genuine care and respect. He's only mentioned one CNA he's unhappy with, but I don't know her name. If your loved one has to stay here, make sure to advocate for them and visit as often as you can. read more

I spent almost a month there, arriving in a wheelchair, unable to walk. The nursing staff was very kind and accommodating. The activity center/dining hall gave me a place to eat instead of being in bed. The staff in there was helpful and kind. We had snacks and drinks. They kept us busy as well as kept us entertained with arts and crafts and movies--too many things to write here. Thank you. The physical therapy was incredible. They worked me hard enough so I was able to walk out of the treatment center a month later. Thank you, Vista Knolls staff, for everything. Clean but The Nurse Nina needs to find a new occupation because she sucks at her job. She told the CNA in front of me to give my father his meds! I just wanted to write a little something about this facility. Our family friend has been there for a few months now. We have gone and visited a few times and I have to say, this is a very nice place. It appears to be a resort when you drive in. The area around there is very well kept and has a very clean appearance. All of the staff we have encountered from Ruby at reception to all the great health care personnel in the facility are all very friendly to us and to our friend. They have been taking great care of him and getting him back into shape to go home. They have been working hard at getting him mobile with the physical therepy and encouragement to get better. He has imporved considerably over the last two weeks which has made both him and us very happy. He should be able to return home soon. My mom suffered a stroke and rehabbed at Vista Knoll for over 3 months, to regain her ability to speak, swallow and walk again. Our family was so thankful for the dedicated rehab therapists like Patrick, and especially for the care and knowledge that Nurse Nina provided 6 days a week to get my mom to where she can enjoy life again. Nina saved her life when she came down with pneumonia, by taking quick action and nursed her back to health with the right meds quickly. CNA's Daniel and Orion also provided great care and support making my mom feel safe and well cared for during this lengthy stay and we appreciate these extra caring individuals so much! The facility of Vista Knoll needs some updates and hopefully when the new building opens they will take the time to invest in the older buildings, which need electrical and roof improvements to keep patients safe. read more

We had my sweet mom at Vista Knoll for almost a year. She received excellent care there, especially from Nina, one of the nurses who went above and beyond to assure mom's medications were correctly given and all her needs were being met. If I could give them NO stars I would. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Do not put a loved one in this place. My mother died in this place, and her last days were HELL. The minute she got there, they never got her out of bed again. She was ambulatory before she got there. They billed Medicare for therapy they didn't do. Because they did this, she was ineligible to moved to Hospice of the North Coast, even though she and I both asked they stop ANY therapy and document it. they called giving her a toothbrush and wash cloth to wash her face "physical therapy." They lied and said she was eating. She quit eating DAYS before she died, and I started documenting this, only to be told I was liar. I had people visiting her, taking pictures to document it. They also told me initially that we had no choice but to use their hospice people. A total lie. They actually cancelled Hospice of the North Coast and signed her up with their company! Without her permission. The guy that owns this place also owns the hospice company. What a surprise... I HATE this place. It should be shut down. I wouldn't board a dog here. read more

First off, the pictures show above are from the new wing not one patient has been in. Unit 2 where my mother was housed was an absolute dump. Broken, worn furniture and over all air of neglect. The service and care my Mother received was neglectful at best and criminal at worst. While there were some very caring staff, for the most part, everyone else was lazy or disinterested. On several occasions I had to call the nurses station because they ignored the call buttons. My mother had a broken leg, she couldn't get out of bed to use the restroom. They left her on multiple occasions in her own filth for greater than 3 hours. The food was atrocious and always cold, in no way shape or form nutritious. They dropped my mother, broke her toes and gave her a bed sore. The physical therapy staff were rude and made the patient feel stupid and called her worthless. We literally took my mom out against medical advice to save her life. Do Not allow anyone you love to be placed at this facility! read more

I was in Vista Knoll specialized care for a year and a half after a flood in the place I was living. The facility has such a beautiful property. Lupe does a great job gardening and works so hard. I had a spinal cord injury so I need almost complete care and I was treated wonderfully there! They have so many caring and hard working nurses and CNAs and the Therapy department is amazing. I'm not going to lie and say it was perfect, Nothing with that many moving parts ever is, but it was about as close to it as you can get. While everyone in the facility is helpful, I want to specifically thank Lovejoy (CNA), Kristen (RN), Shelly (DSD), and James (physical therapy) for taking such great care of me and for making my time away from home as comfortable and easy as possible. Also, Vista Knoll is SO lucky to have Emelyn Cuaresma as the director of nursing. She is amazing! She's approachable, so sweet, and actually gets things done if there's a problem (which is rarer than you would think). While I am glad to be home This facility was a nice place to be while waiting. I wanted to share how grateful I am for the care that Nurse Nina provided while I had my stay at Vista Knoll from late May to early July this year, after ankle replacement surgery. She was an angel for me. So caring and always there to help me with any question or concerns that I had. I was non weight bearing during this time so it was very difficult for me. I'm 68 years old so I'm usually very active. She always had a smile and happy to see me when she came on shift. I also saw how helpful she was to my roommates during my stay. Which were 3 during my time. Vista Knoll is blessed to have Nurse Nina on their staff. I truly don't know what I would have done without her care. She is so very knowledgeable and I trusted her opinion and recommendations on all levels. Thank you. read more

In my family's experience, Vista Knoll Specialized Care is truly outstanding, for many reasons!! My sister has lived at Vista Knoll for over 30 years (in unit one) and we have seen this facility continue to improve over the decades. The staff are very kind, caring and professional and they have accommodated my sister's care which has become very complex. The general manager is also very kind, caring and responsive. Staff morale seems to be high overall. The patients in my sister's unit often seem to be in good spirits and content. We're very impressed with the activities team and with the quality of the nursing staff and nursing assistants. The receptionist is very welcoming, upbeat and kind. The grounds are full of flowers and trees, and there is are groves of trees surrounding the facility. It's truly gorgeous and uplifting to be there. We feel very fortunate that my sister has a bed there. Thank you, Vista Knoll! read more

Unsafe, Uncaring, Disorganized I have waited a few months to post this until I calmed down. My elderly 90 year old father spent approximately 10 days of sheer hell in this place. When he arrived from the hospital, he was on several medications as he had terminal cancer and kidney disease. He had experienced a bad reaction to one of the meds at the hospital. All his meds came over with him, including the bad one, which the hospital doctors had ceased giving him. It was required at Vista Knoll that a family member approve the meds upon his arrival. It took Vista Knolls THREE days to show me the list for my signature approval, even though I was there for one to three hours each day prior. When they showed me the list, I was shocked and dismayed to see they were giving my dad the bad medication for the previous three days without authorization. I questioned them. I admit my voice was loud and I was upset, but I was not disrespectful--only very concerned at their not following health care laws and protocol. They all just stared at me from the nurses station and had no response except to blame it on the hospital. I pointed out that they should have processed the paperwork with me on his FIRST day and they still had no response except to keep blaming the hospital. Meanwhile, after taking the bad meds once again for three days, my dad had begun to exhibit the same adverse reaction to the drug. Most of the nurses were mediocre at best. They preferred to sit at the nurses station than assist and care for patients. I ended up helping two patients in nearby rooms who had requested nurse assistance more than 2 hours earlier with no response. One of them simply needed to get out of her wheelchair and into her bed and had been waiting for 2 hours for a nurse to no avail. The other needed assistance to get to the bathroom. Several of the patients told me the staff was terrible and rarely responded to requests for assistance in a timely manner. The food was poor--bland and tasteless and they served the same meat every day my dad was there--fatty pot roast. My dad fell out of bed trying to get to the bathroom three times and just laid on the floor bleeding. Eventually he was discovered. There were several other issues but I will sum this up with what happened the last day my dad was there. He had been deteriorating I had realized it was unsafe for him to be there due to lack of consistent quality care. My mom and I planned to bring him home and hire a nurse since he was nearing his last days. I regret that I had him stay in that hellhole one extra day than necessary while my mom and I got things ready for him at home. He was supposed to be on morphine as prescribed by the staff doctor at Vista Knolls. But the nurses NEVER ONCE gave it to him so he suffered a lot of pain his last days, unbeknownst to me until I read his discharge papers. Grrrr. I showed up the morning of his dismissal to collect his things and reassure him that an ambulance would arrive shortly to bring him home so he could pass with his wife and daughter (me) by his side. It is always cold at Vista Knolls. I provided sweats for my dad and extra jackets/vest so he could keep warm. Before I saw him, nurse "Nina" informed me that dad had fallen out of bed again but just had a small cut on his head--no big deal. She said she had bandaged him up. I had witnessed her speaking in a harsh voice to my dad before, but didn't question her further. To my horror, I found my dad lying in bed on his back with a thin hospital gown rucked up to his waist and wearing soiled cheap hospital diapers (there was a stack of depends on his nightstand that I personally supplied so he could wear a better product than the thin flimsy adult diapers they supplied). Her was staring widely and unable to speak, clearly in distress. His hands were in the air and curled into fists and knees bent. He was shivering with cold, disoriented and in acute pain. His head was wrapped with an ace bandage. I loudly called for a nurse immediately and she came in because of the urgency in my voice. Her name was Jennifer and this was my first interaction with her. I will say she seemed to be a caring person. She exclaimed about his condition and questioned out loud why his head was wrapped in such a big bandage. She unwound it and we discovered a HUGE raised bruise about 3" in diameter on the side of his forehead, a quarter size bleeding cut on the top of his head and a large bloody laceration on the back of his head. Yet the nurse Nina had previously informed me it was just a minor cut!!! It was all I could do not to head straight to the nurses station and angrily confront them. Instead I hugged and kissed my dad, changed his soiled adult diaper, put on his sweats and told him he was going home to a safe place where it was warm and we'd take better care of him. read more

The doctor which you'll see once in your 2 to 3 weeks of staying here is good very nice but the staff is completely incompetent oxygen machines feeling, and instead of fixing them or replacing them they simply push the alarm button off. Too much to list here about how bad this place is we moved our family member to another facility that was an hour away at Stanford court which was 100 times better. read more

One of the worst places to get physical rehabilitation. Their employees are heartless. They are soo cheap they reuse futon mattresses for their beds. They are disorganized and do not provide adequate help nor care. They are crocks who simply want to make money while being cheap, vague as possible, and by providing the very bare minimum in help to their customers. My mother-in-law has been at Vista Knolls for 5 days. I cannot get anyone to communicate with me, my messages are not returned, and I have yet to speak with a primary care doctor about what is going on. With the Covid issue this is very difficult as we cannot be there to check in her..... Review edited on July 3rd - no improvement at all. I have made at least 15 phone calls and left 7 messages; I can never get in touch with anyone and no one returns my calls. The staff had a care meeting regarding my mother-in-law yesterday and not only was I not conferenced in (which I should have been), but I still have not heard the outcome of the meeting. read more

I was admitted to the facility after having had vascular surgery on my leg after getting assigned a bed it wasn't about 15 minutes or so and I noticed blood on the sheets in the bed they placed me in I took the sheets and toss them on the floor and I was shock it was just after that a nurse came up to me and for saving me no reason commented on my shirt and his value and then proceeded to rip the Steri-Strips right off of my leg and my abdomen I asked her why did she do that and she just flipped her wrist and said all the glue that stuff together anyways and then she proceeded to comment on the lack of skill of the surgeon that I had operated on me. I have spent a good part of the month of April having three procedures done to get blood flow back to my foot. due to the close call I had with possibly losing my leg it was important for me to get all the rehab and care that I needed this obviously did not look like the place I would receive that care. I kindly asked the nurse if she could please call me an Uber ride and she refused she told me I was not allowed to leave and refused to let me leave she accused me of wanting to party with my friends for the reason I wanted to leave she kept trying to bargain with me saying that she would give me my meds if I would just wait until the morning and we would talk about it then. About 1:30 in the morning another nurse came to me and bent down and told me that she would call me a cab she paid for the cab and I told her I would I gladly pay but she refused and took care of getting me out of there it took me four hours to drive back to Hemet I wasn't home for maybe two hours and then while kneeling down to get in bed my incision popped open I had a hole in my leg big enough to put my hand in to. This happened the first day of May and it is now approaching 1 August and I am still trying to recover from the assault that I received while I was there I never received any medicine I never received any care of any kind only comments about an expensive shirt and having my Steri-Strips ripped away only two days after my third Procedure at Tri City Hospital. read more

Patient for three weeks as part of broken hip rehabilitation. All staff consistently positive and, in my opinion, very skilled. PT staff caring and helped me regain confidence and strength. Something I noticed was staff members communicate well with each other as a team and individual staff members care about patient dignity and control. Many interactions with individual staff (CNAs, LVNs, other) started with "Would it be OK with you if..." or "May I..." or similar. Emphasis on respect for patients. (And, as a vegetarian, I appreciate that my preference was actively respected.) Excellent facility. read more

Hello fellow Yelpers, I am here to give an update on my prior review of Vista Knoll. My updated score for Vista Knoll is yet again a 1- and that is only because a 0 isn't an option. Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience here. The best part is- I was kindly asked by Clay Gardner (Administrator) to remove my post from their page, as "a poor review will change the perception of [his] establishment". No kidding, Clay! That's why I posted the TRUTH about you establishment- so people can be aware of the atrocities that are happening there. BTW- Jet (the Nursing Director) to this day has never attempted to contact me; but Clay has no problem contacting me to remove my post? That is just not right. Another incident that happened at Vista Knoll since my last post: On May 30th, 2013 my Father was served food with bugs in it! That's right folks- bugs! Little worms to be exact. Hundreds of them, not just one. How do you get away with serving people food with worms in it!?!? Also, the staff 'accidentally' gave my Father his ROOMMATE'S MEDICATION!!! Which consisted of a laxative amongst other things. So my Father's already weakened body was put through the ringer as he sat on the toilet for the entire night because some Dipshit employee wasn't paying attention! Last but not least, please see the photo I attached. This is a photo of my Father's wound that became infected while under the care of Vista Knolls. As you can see, it is filled with pus due to the direct neglect of the staff (review my original post from March that states the staff was not changing his bandages properly as directed by his Dr.). Because Vista Knoll's blatantly did not care for my Father's wound properly, his leg had to be AMPUTATED above the knee shortly after the photo was taken. That was a direct cause and effect. This should prove to everyone that Vista Knoll is NOT a place that provides good (or even minimal) care. How does that happen? This place boggles my mind! How are you still in business? How have you not been shut down by state or federal regulators? Where is the accountability? Shame on you Clay Gardner for running such an establishment and then trying to hide behind the truth by requesting that I remove my post from Yelp. Everything that I have stated in both of my reviews was the truth. My hope for you Clay, is that nobody else receives the treatment my Father received while under YOUR care. Start taking accountability for your actions and those of your staff. In all honesty, I hope that you are able to turn Vista Knoll around and make it a good place for people so they can get the care they need. Do not go to this place. not clean. I had to go here because of therapy a few years ago and I am not sure if they changed or not. Few pros and cons. Pros Staff at night meedicine always late showers if needed only given once a week to residence here. Bad hygiene at place should be every other day especially with Carona Virus. no gloves, purell and other things few years ago when I had to go. I had to share a room and they had a dirty curtain and one toilet that was broken for every person the eds were very uncomfortable with horrible sheets. I always got my medicine late and one time four hours late. One time it was so late they said it came from San Diego pharmacy and I told them why 4 hours? I can be in Old town in 45 min with no traffic. I called my husband the next day to pick me up. They told me to sign an agreement not to sue them. I called the police on them that they better give me my meds on time because it was neglect and it was 3 in the morning. and could not skip a dosage the next morning I saw the meds in their locked box. Liars!! Pros Pretty good food activities ok Nice gardens that no one uses as activities. Such a shame. read more

Please give yourself the peace of mind to NOT be a patient or send a loved one here. Much of the staff is good and seems to provide a decent level of care, but the administrative side of the business is horrible. A family member (and I won't say either name of gender) was placed here after being hospitalized at Tri-City Medical Center. Patient was on Medicare with a supplemental policy through United Health Care. Three times the insurance company "canceled" care. Appeals were sent three times. The third appeal was denied on a Friday with last day of covered service on a Saturday. While attempting to appeal the denial I tried for three days to speak with the case worker. Case worker did not return calls during that period and on several occasions prior to this was also difficult to contact. When the appeal was denied I was forced to directly pay for patient care pending the appeal at the FULL RATE, not the rate charged to the insurance companies. NOT once did the Social Worker assigned to the case reach out with alternatives to a Skilled Nursing Facility. I found a resource through Care Placement of San Diego County. Care Placement was able to find four Board and Care units in the area that could take the patient and maintain a level of care. And Care Placement is FREE! Why the Social Worker didn't suggest alternatives is beyond me. Either the Social Worker or the Case Worker should have been reaching out to suggest alternatives to skilled nursing or other care options from the FIRST time insurance was denied. Instead they didn't return phone calls or do anything to help the patient. They were successful in creating a windfall of income for the care I required to pay for pending the appeal. My husband recently spent several weeks at Vista Knoll receiving nursing care and physical therapy after surgery. We were so impressed with the caring and fun atmosphere there....The Physical and Occupational Therapy Department is spectacular. My husband loved to go anytime he could and worked like a trooper to regain his ability to use his arm normally and improve his balance. I recently spent several weeks in therapy for my back (posture and balance ) I have never worked so hard and been so proud of what I have been able to accomplish. I am now ice again standing tall. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks. read more

I have been an employee of VK for the last 2 and a half years and during that time, the knowledge I have gained is insurmountable. The technology that is provided, inservices, care provided to our residents and working relationships with staff make Vista Knoll my second family. We have one of the most beautiful facilities I have seen, there is a gorgeous view outside every window. I would not hesitate to have any of my family or friends be a patient here if the need arose, I know they would receive exceptional care. read more

My husband was at Vista Knoll for two weeks, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely campus, with lots of places to walk, and benches to rest in shady places. The staff is caring and attentive. Real standouts were Nurse Brittany and CNA Ruby. On top of this, the Physical Therapist staff, led by Erin, is top-notch. They really emphasize rehabilitation, which was what he needed. Besides Erin, I'm grateful to Matt and Cheryl for their skilled leadership, their patience and their humor. Home is better, but if a rehabilitation place is needed, Vista Knoll gets an A+. read more

This place was nothing short of a nightmare. We had a family member transfer there from the hospital after an accident. The Doctor (Boroudi) prescribed so many opioids he almost overdosed her. She became semi comatose within five days and the staff did nothing to help us after bringing it to there attention. The doctor never showed his face and never returned our calls. On top of that, they claimed she was not participating in her physical therapy and started charging us $275 a day. Hard to engage in therapy when you have a broken bone in your back and are so over medicated you cannot recognize your own family! The admin staff lied to us constantly and would not return our calls. They simply would not show up for meetings that THEY called for. Salina, Leah and others are inept and liars. Don't just walk away from this "warehouse for seniors" RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Do not allow your family member to be admitted to this shady warehouse. Pathetic. I wish I had the clout to get this horrible place shut down. My poor mother had the misfortune to experience the shocking lack of care at this shit-hole. She waited hours for any basic need request. The food was awful but luckily they do allow Door-Dash so at least we could get decent food delivered. The only good thing that came from providing totally subpar "care" and mostly ignoring her, was that her condition spiraled downhill in only 4 days and she was returned to the hospital. We were not notified that she was sent by ambulance to the hospital. My sister delivered her lunch and only then learned that mom was found unresponsive and 911was called. Should be ZERO star rating. Called on a Friday afternoon demanding patient be picked up immediately due to Medicare no longer going to pay. We needed to secure a hospital bed before bringing him home which took until Monday. Sadly he died less than a week later due to their lack of care and assessment. Sent patient home in a gown and diapers. Now they want thousands of dollars and they don't answer the phone ever! No one can explain what these charges are for but they are threatening collections when we have tried in vain to speak to them. DO NOT take a loved one here ... unless death is what you are looking for. Communication while he was a patient there was non existent. I would rate their level of care as sub human and sadly this continues as we mourn our loved one. This place needs to be reviewed by officials for so many reasons read more

5 days following complete knee replacement I came to Vista Knoll. Never having been to a Skilled rehab center it was a little scary the first night. But what a fine facility, excellent staff. Treated me like family. The Rehab center here Is 10++++. What a friendly team, they work together like a finely tuned Machine, but are so friendly, I looked forward to rehab, love Johani Paulson, she worked so Hard she invested herself in my care. She is an 10+. As well Framie Jones, Matt Ford, Robert Martinez. And on and on. Clay Gardner should be very happy with his team, I know I am. A truly quality facility for rehab. It ewes difficult at the beginning because the pain level was too much but once they got the pain under control everything improved and the therapy was to the point and top notch. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, The staff is well trained and listened to our particular needs. I would choose this facility for any future needs. read more

I have returned to Vista Knoll from another Major Surgery. Again the care is over the top. The wound care Nurses and The Physical and Occupational therapists I believe are the Best In the Nation ! ! ! The word Specialized is not to be taken lightly. Specialized they are hands down ! So help me I did not want to leave. ALL the Nursing staff are caring and on the ball. I want to list them All by name but why when they are ALL outstanding in my opinion. You cannot go wrong by choosing VISTA KNOLL ! ! ! The only negative I can say is I hope I never see the inside of those walls again. I like to stay healthy and well enough to stay away. I was in Vista Knoll for 40 days and away from home for a total of 52 days. Having never needed the specialized care of a SNF, I was very nervous about the aspect of going into such a facility. From the moment my husband received a tour (without appointment), until my departure, I found the facility to be superb in terms of Rehab services. I trusted the entire Rehab staffing and their facility to assist me in being more mobile to return home safer than if I had came home directly from the hospital. Being younger than most of the residents was a concern, but I was quickly made to feel at home in the environment. As with any business, there are areas where you might notice opportunities for improvement. I was proactive enough, to point these areas out to the appropriate staff, and saw change occur immediately along with thanking me in being observant and allowing them to change any procedures in a way to assist the patients more efficiently and safely. I could have ranked the facility a 4 out of 5 for these reasons, but I believe anyone doing a good job and willing to accept downfalls, should receive the highest ranking for making those adjustments kindly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the facility for several reasons: Highest for the Rehab Department staff and their joy in their work, next for overall cleanliness and peaceful areas, and last for being willing to make each patient feel welcome from the moment they arrive. All fears I had, were quickly gone! I am sure my review will not stay at the top due to the fact I have just recently started leaving reviews, but I hope you have taken the time to go through every review given, and understand some of the very ugly postings might not be as accurate as seems upon first glance. Take your time, do your research, and have family do some visits to other local facilities, and talk to the staff in each area..... I believe you will find, as we did for my needs this facility was advanced in all areas! The time in a facility is stressful for both the patient and family, a serene environment that puts its best foot forward, makes that stress..... diminish! Keep up the hard work, Vista Knoll! I love this place. The campus is beautiful no matter where you go you'll always be approached by somebody with a smiling face and a helping hand. I got to spend a significant amount of time with the nurses, the administrative staff as well as rehab department. Everybody is a pleasure to be around and they really bend over backwards to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. read more
