The churrasco had a mushy texture, the mofongo was dry, the chicken breast was tough, and the dish lacked basic seasoning. Even adding garlic sauce couldn't salvage it. Aside from two shrimp, the meal was unpalatable. I hope management addresses both the kitchen timing and food quality issues.
