This is the absolute WORST customer service ever had with an eye care center ever! Very unprofessional and unorganized! I've been trying to get my contact prescription from them for several months now. First, they gave me the wrong prescription, then did not give me a final prescription after several weeks of waiting and after a final exam from the doctor. They left me on hold for more than 10 minutes, the office manager never returned my call. I'm still trying to get my final contact prescription. Bottom line do not go here ever! The worst. Hopefully they will go out of business and we will get a reputable customer centered eye care center in Clinton. Poor service! read more

Had to wait for a bit, and it was clear they had not registered that I wanted an eye exam though I spent a long period of time on the phone giving all my insurance info and confirming this before arriving. Staff were helpful and doctor was very thorough -- really cool equipment that assesses prescription initially. Very frustrating that they would not give me my prescription though I had requested it and did not note they could do so after booking a return visit until I called back. They were intent that I purchase contact lenses through them rather than be able to order them online -- just don't have the time to do so. read more

First I would like to say that the customer service was up to par. Everyone was wearing a mask and respected our space. Now, to get to the dislikes.... we went to our appointment and was greeted promptly and went through all the steps swimmingly. At the end of our visit we were told that our glasses will be ready in approximately 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went. So we decided to go back to the optometry office. (VISUAL EYES) to be honest, it's more like visual lies. Upon arrival, they remembered who we were. We asked about our order and was told that they weren't ready. So of course we left disappointed. However, 2days later we were called and told our glasses were ready. We went back excited just to find out they put the order in completely wrong. Both frames were nowhere near the design that was chosen. Now we are going half way into week #3 and still no glasses. VISUAL LIES. I suggest using another optometry company. read more

Never again. I went to fill a prescription for my child's eye glasses and the staff is beyond clueless. They took the frames, measurements, and prescription and then it took SIX MONTHS for us to receive eyeglasses that contained the correct prescription. No one in the office wants to take your phone calls about the status of the glasses, and they constantly blame other offices for your delays. I finally ended up dealing exclusively with their practice manager from the location in Bowie/Mitchellville, and even then it still took forever to receive the correct glasses. read more

So ! First of all I went there December & they couldn't find my eye exam so they sent me to another location . When I went there they changed my appointment when I came I had to wait 5 hours . Just imagine waiting 5 hours it's not like I could go home because it was far . So they forced me to get contacts that I didn't want & they charged me for fitting I didn't do ! & told me I would be charged for even if I did sending me the bill 4 months later and I didn't even take the contacts so I gave them a chance and just got regular contacte from them in February it is now March I still have not got them . Every time I call they always tell me they'll call back and won't . I depend on my contacts because my eye sight is horrible & there playing with me . Don't waste you're time coming here . read more

None ever answers the phone or emails. They schedule 10 at the same appointment time. Ghetto, unprofessional, overpriced, unorganized. I ordered contacts and it took over 2 months. David, Latarsha, & Domini AND DR. FESSER (Clinton) are the sweetest and make worth waiting for 2nd remake of my eye glasses well worth it (miss-reading of my Rx 1st time around.. office was especially busy at the Mitchellville location a couple months ago). At each visit (even when I was frustrated & "scared/tears I was maybe dealing with something serious .. I couldn't see/feeling nauseous etc", the office staff treated me like FAMILY each of the 4 times I returned! They showed no frustrations with having to remake the lenses a 3rd time (Rx had actually, in the end, not changed much. But, they had "originally" had them made with a very big change...).. oooh yeah, I must apologize.. I do believe I'd miss-spoke.. idk, yikes. My original purchase consist of 1 pair of new frames/lenses and then the lenses for 4 pairs of older frame glasses. But, I couldn't afford all of them. I'd spent nearly $1,500. on 1 new pair of frames/lenses and just the lenses for 2 other pairs... I "THOUGHT" the office was latet "giving me for my troubles etc, the other 2 pairs of lenses". yeah, dumb me... but I "must" make things clear/right"... NOTHING is FREE..... I did NOT get 2 pairs of lenses free... and nooo hard feelings. I am still a happy customer... and will still happily do business with the Clinton office. read more

I called and made an appointment for contact lenses. I was quoted 130.00 over the phone for the appointment. when I got there I said again im here for a contact lense appointment,. I also asked if they needed my eyeglass prescription and was told no since this appointment was for contact lenses. When the exam was over I was charges 205.00 and I said what is this for an was told eyeglass exam and contact lense exam and I told them I only asked for the contact exam I already had an eye exam. i asked for the contact lense prescription and i was told you cant get that until you come to a clinic where they train you and then the ddr will examine you for a final determination on which contacts you should get. then they decided to tell me everybody automatically gets an exam for glasses. a rip off. long story short we went back and forth and I asked her to return the money to my card and cancel the order she said ok but to date this still has not been done. read more
