They need to learn how to pick up the phone overall it's a nice place they just suck at customer service and phone calls

I love that they have a hot tub rental facility like this in the area. Not too many cities have this for such an affordable rate! The staff are extremely accommodating with time and availability, you can play your own music from your device, plus it's BYOB -- what's not to love? I like that Oasis offers several different options in terms of tub preference, (do you want a deeper tub or stronger jets or both?) it's up to you. They're open til late which is convenient if you work all day. Great way to relax and get off some steam after a long week! Definitely recommend. read more

Just left. Awesome. Bathroom is tiny with a tiny shower in the ski lodge room for a bigger guy like me but the hot tub can fit like 8. So ya. I could float in the middle and my girlfriend has plenty of room to herself. The jets were great. Found this place on Yelp. Drove from Brockton. My back has been killing me. I didn't make an appointment. We walked in at 6:30pm and we told there was one room for an hour. Ok. Best hour ever. My back feels more limber now. I can breathe without cringing. Thanks Oasis. I have be going to Oasis for 20+ years and never had a issue until yesterday. I accidentally left my phone in room 5 hidden under wet towels. My phone case holds I'd, credit cards, cash etc. When I realized it I returned straight away. The girl at the front desk stated she didn't see it when she cleaning the room which is IMPOSSIBLE. So we went back to the room and my phone was laying on the stand on the outside the room. Everything was accounted for except $50 cash. I hope she enjoys the $50 stolen tip. It's unfortunate that this happened I did enjoy my visits to oasis but sadly I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Husband and I are always looking for new things to try and come upon this place. First off call a week ahead ti get the prime time slots. We didn't and called the day of and only slot left was 11pm. We took it because we wanted to try it. We walked in and the front desk woman was very nice. She explained everything in detail to us. We rented the PARIS room. The tub was huge!! Room needed to be updated but your not there to pick on the decor, you're there to relax in a hot tub. We were given 2 towels for end of the hour to Shower with. I suggest your bring extra towels and maybe some soap. Soap is provided buT with the chlorine on you, you really wanna wash up. We will be going back. read more

Just to start I might give more stars but I never to got to go in, me and my husband went on a Thursday evening and based on the website they open at 5:30 well we learned afterwards if you call or look on the door it said 6 secondly we almost didn't find it because it was on a very unlit dark street I was apprehensive but figured don't judge a book by its cover so we left went to go eat for a few and came back to see that it was 6 and they still weren't open so we left. Hopefully someone has a better experience and maybe we will too next time. read more

Aubri L...just a little info on the area..Grafton is actually an upper class town in this area, so you being skeeved out and looking for bullet holes is a little out of element here. Not that you didn't have a right to, but let me give you some detail.There is a hole in the glass that in the front of the building near Danielle's breakfast restaurant that has been in the glass since I moved into the area in 2004. In addition: Oasis Hot tubs has been around since the very early 80s and run by a family. They probably should update it, but that would double the price. It's a fun experience if you can look past the very dated (not skeevy) set-up. The plaza they are located in is owned by a guy who is about 85 years old and he just doesn't update it. Looks like it's from the 60s Lol..so that's what you felt. He also doesn't really fix things. Many of the signs have only recently been fixed I've noticed. How do I know all this...I live close and visit some of those businesses regularly. I also run in the neighborhoods around it that are filled with cute little well kept homes. I will say, I do hear his rent is cheap due to those factors. Yep, Oasis is far from upscale, but it is BYOB/ food and you will feel like you are back in 1983....but it's hot, warm, bubbly and very clean and only $40 an hour. So take that into consideration :) read more

Great place. Very nice lady works here. I have to admit at first me and my boy friend were confused and offput by the location of it but as soon as we got inside we loved it. There are different room themes and it's very very clean. We usually go for an hour and it's only 45. Room has a bathroom with radio that has connect to speakers in hot tub room. It's such a great experience and I plan to keep going to get a nice relaxing night off from work! read more

Hot tub rooms very clean. Hot tub a little too warm, but we are wimps. No toilet paper or soap for shower was only issue, but I'm sure that's not the norm. Bring cd's or a double male ended iPod wire to play ur own music and some your own beverages. read more

I want to start by saying that I was VERY APPREHENSIVE about giving this place a try based on the mixed reviews. The location is definitely not the best and it makes you want to put your car in reverse and leave. Once you find the entrance and walk in I mean the Decor is not the best and definitely outdated (the only reason for the 4 stars) but once you get pass that the woman at the front desk (Becky ) was really nice and welcoming. She showed the different rooms that were available since it was a a slow night. The original room that was reserved was ready upon arrival. You could see and smell the cleanliness of the water. Don't expect much from the connecting bathroom because like I said it's dated. There is Bluetooth/aux available for music. She explained the different settings as far as water pressure/lighting and the cool ceiling mist was nice. If someone would actually invest in this place I feel it would be amazing. The prices are nice as well. This was my first time and surprisingly I would go back again. Don't judge a book by its cover. read more

I honestly can't take off any stars. I understand this place may not be some swanky paradise as some might expect. It's a small place in Grafton, MA, not a penthouse in NY with city views. We were gifted an hour for christmas by a friend and had never been. We brought our own beverages and were pleased to find a clean bathroom, towels, and a stereo we could plug our phone or usb into and play our own music, dim the lights, and enjoy ourselves uninterrupted. For $45 bucks, come on, you can't beat it. We are ready to go back this weekend for 2 hours already. I felt so refreshed and relaxed, it was a great great time. We had the beach room by the way, awesome powerful jets, nice cool mist, plenty of room. read more

My boyfriend and I paid 70$ for a hour and a half. We had the room all the way in back with skiing stuff on the walls. We were the only ones there on a Saturday night. My boyfriend had to get out of the hot tub 3 times and tell the lady that the hot tub wasn't warming up. We had the hot tub on max ( it felt like bath water ) a few mins later after the last time he went out to telll her we hear her outside our door talking loud on the phone about switches and what one to press. At this time we had 25 mins left. She never offered us more time or offered a voucher or anything. Alls we got was " sorry someone forgot to turn the heater switch back on, enjoy the rest of your night thanks for coming ". My boyfriend and I are young and work hard for our money, our relaxing night out was ruined. Needless to say we won't be going back there. I'll be taking my business to Elements. read more

Okay so maybe I'm just a hot tub snob. I've been to a few hot tub, water therapy, massage combo locations in the Boston area, in Western Mass, and in California. These places are stunning, professional, relaxing and absolutely refreshing. They are they types of places you walk out the front doors into the fresh air of the world and feel like a new person. My experience with Oasis included none of the above aspects... In the evening of a wintery night, the location felt bit sketchy (down an alley/side street parkinglot, in a building that looked like a buisness/motel) with the front main window having what looks to be maybe a BB gun bullet hole through it? But you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, right Ma? Well, my hubby and I go in and are seated in the waiting room. All I can smell is chlorine/bleach, all I can see is wood-paneling, and all I can hear is the arguments/laughter/muffled voices of the room that is right off the waiting room. Oh and we are sitting on old white wicker/plastic chairs that mimic the ones on my Grandma's porch. I think the only thing resembling anything serene in nature was a tiny electric water fountain on the floor by a closet door. My husband and I wait 15 minutes (8 minutes past our appointment time) texting each other back and forth, talking each other out of leaving, since we already paid and had a babysitter. Finally we see "our" room become vacated and the one staff member runs in to clean it. Once it was clean, she brought us in... and I was a bit scared. Our room, the Jungle room, just skeeved us out. There's no other way to say it. It was dark, with low ceilings, questionable surface areas, very dimly lit, with the type of floors that remind you of college bathrooms where you NEVER want to walk barefoot on.. She left and we decided to make the most out of it, give it a chance. But then the floor of the tub squished under our feet once we were inside, and you could see around the edges of the tub where the paint/stain was left unfinished with mildew all around it. There was nothing romantic, intimate or relaxing about it. And so, we dressed and walked out. We could have just been there on a bad night. Maybe in the light of day it doesn't feel like an undercover set-up from Dateline? But I would much rather drive the hour to Amherest, or to Inman and really enjoy myself than to leave somewhere feeling like I need to scrub my skin off. read more

I love this place. Hot tubs and Jacuzzis. Open evenings located in rear of the strip mall. They rent by the hour. Every room has a shower and toilet , sink, and music. It's a romantic setting in the rooms. Very clean and maintained. read more

Me and my fiance used to come here often. Which we've enjoyed and never had any issues. With the colder weather coming we decided to come here again for date night. On Friday we were scheduled for the island room. We then got a phone call about 3 hrs or so before our scheduled time (we were schduled for 8:15 i believe) stating that the heater in the jacuzzi is no longer working and if we wanted to come at 6:30 for a different room. ( was given about an hrs notice) we kindly declined and asked about the Paris room and the ski lodge room (both were booked). So we rescheduled for the ski lodge room for the following day for 7:30. We showed up about 10 min early and were told that they booked the ski lodge room for someone else and said they booked us for the Paris room but we couldnt go in till 7:45. The lady at the front desk said the employee before her said we originally wanted the paris room (which was not true). We did receive a voice mail from someone asking if we wanted the Paris room to call them back. We didnt call back because we wanted the ski lodge room. I didnt think they would just schedule someone else at a time we were scheduled for and then just put us in a different room without consulting first.. Either way we just canceled the reservations. A bit disappointed. read more

I love this place. It's literally my favorite place to go to escape for a while. It's extremely clean. (I'm a professional hairdresser, I had to learn the sanitation required by the state of MA) Chatting with the manager, I learned that they use bromine to keep the tubs clean instead of chlorine. I have seen her draining and cleaning tubs every single time I've been there. April is customer appreciation month. If you go four times you get a free hour in the tubs. So, a slight issue I have with another yelper, I don't know what they were expecting. Maybe they're used to going to some fancy expensive salon/spa with a pool and hot tubs in Boston, paying 100$ a trip for a half hour. I've looked into those places they're very expensive. They even look expensive (maybe they were expecting to pay 40$ for a spa experience, I don't know. I almost didn't come here because of that review. It claimed this place was unclean and that concerned me. I'm glad I disregarded that review and gave this place the chance it so richly deserved, because that simply wasn't the case.) It obvious to me as the daughter of a former small business owner, this place is very well cared for and loved. It's clean, very cute (waiting area has nice couches now,) the rooms are very clean. No dirt anywhere. This place has been there for 30 years so they're obviously doing something right. They have fiberglass tubs and cedar tubs. Fiberglass tubs have great jets but the cedar tubs, I'm in love with. The jets are great and the cool mist feels great. I went here for my birthday last month, (FYI it's byob which is awesome!!!!) I brought my best friend here this afternoon after she broke up with her boyfriend last night for some much needed girl time. We had the cedar tub in the jungle room. Favorite room btw!!!! I'm going tomorrow with my boyfriend for some nice relaxing couple time. I wish I could live in the studio apartments above the place so I could go everyday. (Said best friend is applying to tufts vet school, in a perfect world I could convince her to move there so I could visit all time!) ;-) This place is relaxing and awesome, definitely give it a chance!!!! read more

Ok....do all you people raving about this place realize they only actually drain and physically clean the tubs on mondays and tuesdays? They only check the water PH every 3 hours. So all you people saying i watched them go in and clean my room after i left, ya no. So if you rent a tub on a sunday, your tub water is 5 days old and has most likely had dozens of people ejaculated in it, on it and around it. Dont believe me, call them yourself. not bad. price is cheap. about $40 for an hour. my girlfriend and I had picked out a hot tub room the night before but were told that it wasnt going to be open for that day. I wont say they arent clean however something just felt a little off. Maybe its just me. Eitherway, bring cd's or as a previous reviewer had stated or an aux cord for your music. The room we were in had a car stereo built into the wall. Yea it looked funny but does the job. Ohhhh my only real gripe is the jungle room does not have temp control on the water. Not sure if all the rooms were the same but it was an inconvenience. There is a cool mist sprayer above your head that you can turn on but still lacking. Would however, go back.
