I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!

When I arrived for the appointment, I was only charged $20 upfront. Weeks later, I suddenly received a bill for $374. When I called to dispute this charge, I was told it was my deductible--even though this was never explained to me at the time and contradicted the original quote. The actual MRI experience was terrible. The staff attempted to insert the IV for contrast 10+ times, leaving me bruised and in pain. I was chastised for having "bad veins" rather than being treated with professionalism or care. I have photographic proof of the excessive needle marks I endured during this visit. When I escalated my concerns, I spoke directly with the CEO, Robert Diaz. Instead of addressing the clear lack of training and miscommunication from his staff, he was entirely unhelpful. Rather than accepting responsibility, he treated me as if I were at fault and made me feel like I was the problem for questioning their billing practices and poor care. This facility not only engages in misleading billing practices but also fails to provide compassionate, professional medical care. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and competent treatment--none of which I received here. I strongly recommend avoiding Advanced Health Imaging.
