It's in essence a salad fast food chain which serves up salads made to order as you go along choosing the delights you want in your salad. Today I had lettuce, pasta, red onion, tomato, sweetcorn and ham, with a fat free dressing called sesame soy. It was delicious, as I knew it would be, because Chop'd is consistently good quality ingredients. They aren't stingy on the contents either, mine was fully loaded with all the good stuff. This chop'd branch is smaller than most, but the queue was comparitvely small (the one in spitalfields used to be about 50 deep sometimes). You would think so, but the 2 people not working just looked on and it was only until the person in front had paid and left before anyone paid any attention to me and what I wanted...so what do these other 2 people do??
