I commented that I wasn't committing to it as of yet, as it was a future tow, but that didn't hinder the helpful and frankly, necessary advice I needed in this complex situation, regardless of the lengthy call and no actual scheduled tow. He, Farooq, was exceptionally pleasant and professionally skilled, assisted by Gabriel in another Truck, they both spent way more time than anyone would expect on my totalled Tow. Its rare to have such a trustworthy experience, especially in automotives.
