He came with a workman, Nazario, in a couple days who did the patches - expertly and even redid one that I hadn't noticed where the A/C company (a big name that I won't mention) did a bad job on. Benjamin then came two days later with a second workman, Santiago, who did the fogging on the patches. Benjamin was here in person for both days both at the beginning and at the end of the job. He is a good communicator. He said that no job is too small which is good to hear because we all have small fixes that need doing. He started as a handyman and now has his contractor's license, so he can do about anything. Both Santiago and Nazario did near perfect work as far as I can tell. This project required all day, he worked hard on it and it was more difficult than he anticipated, somewhat due to his approach. When he left for the evening, the project was not complete, but we agreed he would return to complete the job.....But, he never did. I called him several times and attempted to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, but he could not find a date that worked for him. He stated he had other jobs to do. I am very disappointed that Joe did not compete the job or follow up with an attempt to complete it. I finally got tired of calling him to schedule. The work that was completed is substandard and I am left with the problem of getting the job done another way.

I hired ACE Handyman North County (Owner: Blake Keiser) to resurface my porch. The epoxy that I…read morewas instructed by his staff to purchase for the project bubbled and became dangerously slippery. They admitted that it was applied in too cold of weather. Despite promising to fix it, ACE did a poor job of removing it and ultimately refused to correct the installation. He was found to have one or more violations of his Contractor's license with the Contractor's State License Board on this specific project. His contractor's license is 1124500 and, as of today, is under suspension. I WAS able to recover some of my losses against his Contractor's Bond. Bottom Line - DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANY PROJECT!!
