After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. Would highly recommend for his communication, attentiveness and fixing the issue with a reasonable price.

These 2 clowns weren't busy and could have spared me 1 min of their time to simply answer if they carried a product. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and had it sent same day. Honestly, this is why retail and stores are dying because of this BS. Don't come to this lame as place for your toilet needs. You'll have a better experience at Amazon. Bunch of Bums.

My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!

Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. Highly recommend!!! Brandon was super easy to coordinate with and very communicative. Sean, who he sent over to complete the work, was punctual, kind, and made sure to get every last detail buttoned up! We needed our ceiling insulation re-stapled and a commercial sink bracket fixed and re-caulked, and Sean did an awesome job. It was a fair price and he was wrapped up within one hour. Done Right is now the team we have listed for all of our business locations as the one to contact when in need! I come from a line of contractors and plumbers, so I have high-standards for service, and it was met! A lot of handymen companies are not properly insured, non-responsive, or do poor work, but working with this team was a breath of fresh air. A+! read more

Here I have posted proof of the email I sent requesting a quote and the text message where you acknowledge you have receive it but never responded till this day. I tried giving you my business in 2 separate occasions and in both the same thing you don't respond. I have no reason to sit here and lie and wait my time. I'm sick and tired of businesses advertising on yelp and not following through waiting my time.
