Shawn runs a very special Yoga studio. Mudita Yoga is a non-branded, non judgmental, safe and inclusive place to practice. Her classes are original and engaging. Shawn is a compassionate and encouraging teacher with a keen focus that makes me feel like she's paying attention to Me! If you go early in the AM you can do early morning meditation and get a morning Fire Ceremony. the workshops at Mudita are also totally awesome. The space is so beautiful and the people are so incredibly welcoming, students of all ages, bodies, and backgrounds come there and everyone is welcome! There is no judgement from anyone there, so even as a beginner I always felt safe. The space is always clean and the skylights in the studio space are so unique and beautiful! I've taken classes with a few teachers and they've all been great, but my personal favorite is Andrea so I will speak more so about her classes. I take Andrea's morning classes on Tuesdays and Fridays and I always have the BEST time! She is so knowledgeable and such a talented teacher, you can tell she really loves the practice of yoga. Andrea is thorough, patient, kind, and makes class both challenging and super fun! No matter if you're a beginner or more advanced, she is the teacher for you. She knows how to make adjustments and modifications for every pose based on your skill level, so everyone can thrive even if there's many different student levels in the same class. She's so uplifting and encouraging to everyone, it's definitely always the type of class that you always leave feeling great about. 10/10 I recommend grassroots. Roberta's Hot 26 classes are challenging but very supportive; I adore her, and I'm completely addicted. MaryRose will make every muscle in your body burn, and you'll feel like a superhero when you survive her class. Tara is the velvet hammer, and Marilyn does a great job of explaining the poses. (I'd recommend Marilyn's class if you're new to hot yoga, although she also challenges experienced yogis.) Mary plays the best music; if you want to jam out during your asana practice, go to her Friday night class. I honestly couldn't love this place more. I have nothing negative to say. Show up early to get a parking spot, because classes are often packed, for good reason.

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Allsport helps me stay in shape and I like that I can choose a workout option that works for me. They have an app that makes checking in and signing up for classes easy. Equipment is often updated. The price is on a higher side, but you get so much value for your money that it's worth paying. I use the club multiple times a week year around and very happy to have it in our community.

ZoMo Yoga is the greatest thing that came to the area. I first went to a workshop before classes…read moreofficially started. It kicked my butt. I could barely move.. I didn't want to come back.... It opened at the perfect time as I was in between yoga studios trying to find one to call my home. I decided to try the new student introductory offer. I figured it would get me to come back more than once. It worked, even though it kicked my butt. I came almost every day this past month. Sometimes two or three classes a day. I fell in love with yoga and the trapeze! The trapeze is so much more accessible than mat yoga, being able to go into deeper inversions and building more strength faster. Within days I've been noticing huge changes in my body that I was never able to achieve with a gym membership. Gravity yoga is all about trusting the trapeze and in doing so, you begin trusting you're own body. Since starting I have more confidence and trust in my body as I've ever had before from any yoga class. I've found a passion. I'm so happy I came back as I've found my home here at ZoMo. The community is great! Zosha is the best! I can't wait to see what the future has in store! My advice: stick with it. You'll see the full mental and physical transformation yourselves!
