I felt very comfortable and at ease in the surroundings and Devon even went to get me some food while I had treatment. They are amazing girls! And I really only have 30 lbs that I want to lose. And yes, I've tried intermittent fasting, counting calories, counting carbs, macros, etc. one of the best things about this program is she tells you what you SHOULD eat, not exactly how many calories you are LIMITED to. AND she gives you the most amazing recipes! If you don't want to have to make food from the recipes she gives you (which have all been SO yummy, you can purchase store snacks like cheese sticks & beef jerky, or there is an entire shop full of meal & snack options for purchase. I'm kind of cheap, so my best friend and I food prep together once a week, and it's great! My favorite meals are jalapeño poppers, white bean chicken chili (great in instant pot or crock pot!), and chia pudding. Oh, and there is this recipe with flank/skirt steak that is AMAZING! More on what I know about the program - she's a Nurse Practitioner, so she is able to prescribe the injectable medications for people if necessary, and she said your insurance might cover it if you meet the insurance's criteria. But if you want to do it with just the program, it's TOTALLY doable! I kind of think of it like Weight Watchers, but all of the work is done for you! No counting/limiting your calories. I was in the office only scheduled to see a medical assistant for an injection, not Amanda. She popped her head in just to say hi and immediately noticed I was stressed. She took the time to come in, close the door, sit down, and ask me what was bothering me -- even though I wasn't on her schedule at all. I thought this would be a good side job to earn a little extra money, and I had to contact Andrew Stimeling over and over about my pay after seeing several patients when I first started. I worked for them from february to May and received one paycheck that I literally had to call and pester him about because all he had was excuses. Like a fool, I truly thought he was being sincere in the system being at fault and that he would get it situated and continued to work and when it was time to get paid again, same run around. This company owes me $400 and many others as well after thinking he was just playing me and finding out they've been doing it. The problem is, people are just walking away and calling it a loss, and something needs to be done about. I could imagine what type of games they're playing with their customers' money, so I suggest you be aware of being a customer as well.
