All I will say is get a second opinion! They care more about the money then their patients.

One of the best medical office visits I've had. Caring listening physician and staff, not rushing or distracted. Highly recommend.

I would strongly caution other patients and families about my experience with Dr. Badruddoja…read more My father's first appointment with this doctor was rushed and dismissive, but unfortunately, his most recent appointment was even more concerning. During the appointment, my father attempted to explain his medical history and raise questions about symptoms he had recently experienced. He was repeatedly interrupted and was not given an opportunity to finish his thoughts or explain his concerns. This was particularly troubling because my father had an MRI in June that showed a small stroke. My father had in fact experienced a series of small strokes approximately two weeks earlier and had been hospitalized for a week as a result. He was attempting to explain this to the doctor, but the doctor repeatedly interrupted him and would not allow him to finish. Whatever a physician's level of expertise, patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. A neurologist, in particular, should understand the importance of listening carefully when a patient is reporting new or potentially serious neurological symptoms. What concerned me most was not simply the doctor's bedside manner. It was the complete lack of communication. My father came to the appointment with legitimate questions and concerns and left feeling as though the doctor had no interest in hearing them. Patients should not have to fight to get their doctor to listen to them. They deserve to feel that their concerns matter and that their physician is taking the time to understand what is happening to them. I sincerely hope this doctor takes a hard look at the way he communicates with his patients. Medical knowledge is important, but compassion, respect, and the willingness to listen are equally important parts of being a good physician.

My doctor was attentive but her assistant Arianne W. lacked professionalism and basic customer service pleasantries. Two days later, and I still have not been contacted to schedule the tests the doctor said Arianne W. would schedule for me.
