The place sits on a corner in a food truck that seems to have been here for years. It's got a classic neighborhood feel, and was clear it's a local favorite because there was a steady flow of customers. So my review will not be a surprise to regulars. It was just a two-man team running the entire operation, and they had everything down to a science. You could tell they've been doing this for a long time. I originally wanted to try the chili, but also wanted to sample the hot dog, so I figured a chili dog was one way to go. To my surprise, it was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, served quickly, and spot on. The fries were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. I tried the beef sandwich, and they definitely don't skimp on the meat. If you come hungry, this place won't disappoint. Overall, a great experience.
