Within days, my husband required multiple emergency surgeries to save his life. This is something no family should have to experience, especially when clear signs of a serious infection were present. What has been even more distressing is the complete lack of communication afterward. Despite reaching out for answers, no one from the office--including the manager or the provider--returned our calls. The silence has been devastating and unprofessional.
