I had the misfortune to get the same person. I requested to have the person at the front to come and assist with the translation because the paraffin was not being placed correctly through my heel, but the lady just ignored me. I asked her just to get me another paraffin bag, she was reluctant until she finally seen she needed to. I didnt want to be the karen so I just left. I can't believe I paid $60 for my toes to look like my 6 yr old niece did them. Generally the vibe is good. I am considering starting to look for a new nail spot.

The nail spa itself is very nice, clean, and was consistently being sanitized by workers while I was in there. The pedicure chair was one of the most comfortable ones I've sat in, and I loved the little touch screen tablet used for the massage features.
