She is a great groomer & I have her services twice/ three times a year. Her prices beat everyone else in the moco/pg county area. Sometimes we have scheduling conflicts and last min changes but she is always accommodating and does a job I can't do myself as a physically disabled patron. I am grateful she offers in home grooming for someone like me who is on limited income. Her quality of work is amazing & even grooms cats. Cat groomers are impossible to find without traveling far and spending upwards $150+ for a basic bath and brush. These negative reviews do not reflect her actual service. Tiffany is unprofessional and a scam artist. She canceled my appointment last minute and refused to refund my deposit. She initially agreed to refund it then tried to make me keep it on file for a future appointment. I refused and then she went silent. When she canceled she did propose a different date that didn't work for me. I gave her an alternative date and she didn't respond back. After 7 hours I reached back out because I needed to plan my week. By the time she reached out to me I could no longer do that date. So after she refused to Refund me i Informed her I would be reporting her business. She then calls me and tries to say she has a cancellation policy. Well Tiffany you're right you do have a policy. It says if a client cancels in less than 24 hours then it's a. 50% fee. But I DID NOT CANCEL she did!! I will be reporting this scam artist. Stay away from this woman! read more

I honestly don't like leaving poor reviews on peoples business because I hate messing with someones money but I have been more than forgiving with this groomer and I feel like other people should know because I'm a little disappointed. When I first started booking with Tiffany I left an amazing review because it was my first appointment and she did an amazing job even though she was 20 mins late coming back from another appt. No big deal. Fast forward to my last 3 grooming appointments with her. She did a no call no show to my at home appointment because she "slept through her alarm". Another time I went to her location because I was worried it would happen again and she was over an hour and a half late and I ended up getting caught in a snowstorm on the way back because she had a meeting and didn't text me, I had to call her repeatedly. And just today this morning, she sent me a message that she is completing a COVID quarantine...my appointment was booked over a week ago and a message would have been great. She doesn't communicate when she is late. She reschedules appointments the day of. And doesn't seem to pay much mind to building "rapport" with pups. I'm sure she doesn't even know my dogs name. Honestly feels like there's always some random excuse and I have been kept waiting for some appointments for over an hour+. She's an amazing groomer, very talented but the communication and courtesy is just not there and it's unfortuntate because I love her work and was always courteous and forgiving with her for everything. read more

Although a minor oversight, this review is about communication not the actual service. I scheduled my dog for a groom yesterday using her booking site. I accidentally left off a service so I texted 12:41PM (I felt bad about this because it was a Sunday and I didn't want to disturb her even mentioned this because I respect people's time) she was accommodating and said she would add the service for me. I get a text message at 2:02AM 7 hours before the appointment had I not randomly been going to the bathroom I wouldn't have even saw it "saying sorry I only do in home grooming on Sundays" I explained that she should've told me that when I reached out nearly 14 hours ago. She responds she sorry she didn't know I wanted to go to her. When I got my confirmation email all that information was listed there for me so I'm not sure why she wouldn't see it as well especially before she responded to me. My text message even said respond at your leisure but she responded instantly and didn't fully look at things. This information is not listed in the site or her Instagram, she offered no solution she just stopped replying. I'm frustrated because I went above and beyond to respect her time and adjusted my schedule and she had no regard for mine. I wanted to support a smaller business and build a rapport with someone for my pup. I asked her to cancel my appointment and it still says confirmed so if I'm charged or my information is compromised we will have a bigger issue. I won't discredit her work because I'm sure it's great but I'm not a fan of how this was handled as a business owner this just isn't right. If the customer breaches the appointment she would be compensated but if she breaches we just have to figure it out. Since she isn't telling anyone she only does in home on Sunday's guys otherwise she's mobile and that's an additional fee. read more

A literal waste of time. Set up an appointment online only to be called and told that I can't have that spot due to it being her day off. Dropped my cat off to later get a call saying she wants to up sell me a flea bath. As a past vet tech I know the signs and symptoms of fleas and I know that if there's a flea on her there's a flea on my other pets. I also know that as a house cat that does not live on the ground floor there is a very small chance of her getting a flea, but in the off chance she does have one, it makes more sense to flea bath all my pets, not just her for her to come home and get another flea. She refuses to admit that the flea may have come from her own house since she works from home and has many animals come through and she refuses to continue service. I'm not happy at all about the professionalism or the service. Will not becoming back nor will I suggest her to anyone else. Finally, it's spelled 'furry'. read more

Very amazing, an amazing and kind soul, she's really great with her hands , she made my hairy poodle who was in desperate need of a groom look so beautiful, I can finally see her eyes again, Tiffany is one of the best mobile groomers I've encountered, never met anyone like her.
