In order to continue to provide you with factual, informative feedback, this latest evaluation of that response is now posted. Ownership contends that the "pack" is walked 3 x per day. When closed circuit video was operable, clearly, the dogs within the large play area were not taken outside; this was verifiable after watching the camera feed continuously over an 8 hr period. (There is insufficient staff to walk all of the dogs, on leash, within the nearby wooded area.) Sadly, the dogs continue to relieve themselves directly onto the play floor. The suggestion that existing smells on the floor contribute to the triggering of relieving themselves is lame at best. Considering that the play floor is sanitised regularly, and that it is a sealed floor, the dogs are simply compelled to relieve themselves onto the floor; there are no lingering smells. Don't forget, a single staff member is assigned to immediately clean up after the dogs "go". With regard to dog owners using the view window to check up on their furry friends, that window is limited to the small dog play area. Unless dog owners intend to camp out at the one window, it's unreasonable to suggest that the one view window provides proof of the dogs being walked, the lack of a closed circuit TV feed notwithstanding. TV feeds for dog owners was taken down several years ago; you should be concerned about that decision.

Because he wasn't vomiting, still had a good appetite, and no diarrhea, all my dog needed was to be put on a prescription diet for liver. After 2 weeks on Hill LD food, my dog came back to life. Thank God I didn't have a lobectomy done where they remove parts of his liver. Not only would he have possibly died during the procedure, but it would have cost 8K + the CT scan 4K. He was not housebroken and was a nightmare on a leash. Jess was able to provide us with great suggestions to help keep him from having accidents in the house, and following her advice got us into the right routine with him. We started to take Copper on the bi-weekly pack walks, which are such fun and a great opportunity to socialize with all sorts of dogs and people. We worked with Jess one on one as well to figure out how to get our pup to walk on a leash. She has a great disposition and our dog immediately responded to her. She then assisted us as we practiced the methods she used to make walking with Copper a more pleasant activity. They are warm, friendly and truly caring. I never had any doubt their #1 priority was the care of my dog (I've heard of other vets that look at pets as a way to make some $$$). My dog, Torre, was their patient for the past six years and received excellent care. Even in her final days (she was 14), WCAH did their best to save her and - when I needed advice the most - they were fair, honest and humane. I worked during the week and NOT ONCE in the two years I had him walk and dog sit my little guy (I am in the military) did he cancel or call off - nothing! He is very reliable and incredibly professional and even let me know when I was away on training that perhaps my guy had a little issue since he went number one in the house which was NOT common, (sure enough - Dodger had bladder stones). My sweet little pup is a handful and unfortunately, has accidents more times than not. She also is aggressive around other dogs so one must really keep a tight leash on her.
