My appointment, which was called in 3 seperate times, was booked as a pedicure only when it should have been booked as a mani pedi. I called in 2 seperate appointments for 2 different people. Mine and a friend's. Both were mani pedis. I unfortunately had to cancel the original appointments due to an emergency situation that arose but quickly called back to reschedule. I was given the new appointments with no issue. 2 days later the salon called me to reschedule these appointments because of a scheduling conflict, I said fine and rearranged my schedule to be able to attend these appointments. When I got there for the service I was told it was only a pedicure because that's what had been written on the schedule. I explained that I spoke 3 different times to the salon about these appointments and when I asked how they could resolve this, thinking they would call someone else in or offer a different nail person I was told no. I asked to speak to the owner, Vivian, and at first was told that I should call her, unbelievable right? I thought surely the owner would be able to resolve the issue but she immediately started arguing with me and repeatedly told me that I only asked for a pedi. The fact that the appointment had been made on 3 seperate occasions meant nothing to her so I didn't even get an apology. When I was literally told "too bad" is that I finally understood that this woman was just a terrible supervisor who does not know how to treat her customers. When an owner, boss, supervisor does not have the common sense to simply try to appease a customer it says alot about the establishment. I am not a difficult person to please and am usually quite flexible (I am a medical interpreter and deal with some very difficult patients and doctors on a daily basis) the complete disregard with which i was treated prompted me to write this review. Usually if I have nothing good to say I don't post anything but this lack of any type of consideration was just beyond the pale. I had the absolute best pedicure and manicure I've had in quite a while. JADE performed my services. She took her time, made sure I was comfy the whole time & made me look and feel my best!! Cute little nail salon in Savannah Georgia off of Abercorn drive. We were greeted immediately and we called for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate us. We just got a simple polish and pedicure $17 each which I thought was an amazing price. There are lots of choices of colors available and the technician was chatty and kept the conversation going the entire time Love the finished job and as I don't live in Savannah I will keep it in mind to visit when I am in town. read more

She fixed all the issues with what the prior nail tech from another salon created. She wasn't pushy about other salon offerings and she made it a point to be gentle (as my nails are thin) I'm absolutely a return customer!!! The salon is located in a small business area located at suite 4. It's a smaller Salon, but packs a punch when it comes to customer service. If you are looking for pedicures, nail service (gel, powder, acrylic) you can get that along with an assortment of other services. You'll not be disappointed. Customer service: EXCELLENT!! I got a pedicure here after reading some good reviews, and it was an excellent choice! The service was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated seeing them open the single-use sponges in front of me, and found the whole facility to be very clean and sanitary. Very clean and somewhat friendly. My guest did not have a friendly staff member. The nail color options aren't vibrant at all. It's a quick and get out job done by associates. Visiting any nail salon you should feel relaxed and pampered. Unfortunately my guest and I felt rushed and not important with only three customers which excludes us being two. I cannot tell you how many nail salons in the Savannah area i have been too. I have been searching for a nail salon where i can be a steady client in their appointment book. Vivian Nail and Spa is beyond clean, organized and well kept. Talk about customer service!!! I arrived while they were cleaning up for the day preparing to close (i didnt realize it was after hours) and they made an exception to accommodate my needs and do a full manicure/gel polish. I was blown away by the service I recieved that I actually went back the next day to get a pedicure/gel polish. As soon as I walking in I was greeted and right away taken to the back and they started working on my pedicure. I have had a terrible experience with the past and got fungus on my toenail from a salon here in Savannah due to their tools not being properly sterilized. The lady that worked on my toes was very knowledgeable on how to cure/maintain it. The best part about the whole experience is that I do not have to worry about getting fungus because the pedicure bowls have a disposable liner and most of there tools (foot scrub and buffer) are also disposible/one time use. Long story short if you are would like your nails and toes ready for summer, check them out! It is a smaller salon so you really get to enjoy yourself!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. When I got there for my appointment I was given a speech about how dip powder is better for your nails and would look the exact same as acrylic. After saying multiple times that I didnt want the powder, I was still told that I should try it. So I did. Everything started okay, but then the technician made my nails the completely wrong shape...after showing her a picture of the EXACT shape I wanted. It was a square shape with slightly rounded edges. I was assured the shaping would be completed and correct towards the end of the application. I ended up with obviously coffin shaped nails. Next, I asked for a glitter ombré on 2 fingers. There was glitter on half on the nail and no ombre effect when she was done. Everytime I tried pointing out something I didn't like I was just given excuses on how "thats just how they are done." The lady doing my nails (Anna?) was super nice, but Vivian kept jumping in and was rude everytime. My nails are fat, has sharper endges than a box, has powder missing from the sides of most of my nails, and are not the least bit natural looking. I also just noticed that my left index finger nail is crooked. read more
