The pharmacist can immediately see which prescriptions are ready, retrieve them, package everything, take your payment, and have you on your way. The entire process is straightforward, well organized, and very efficient. Customer service at the pharmacy has also improved considerably. There now seem to be more pharmacists and staff members available to help customers, which keeps even a long line moving at a good pace. The employees have been attentive, helpful, and professional during my recent visits. CVS also continues to offer competitive prices, making it a convenient and economical choice. I am very pleased with the new pharmacy setup and the noticeable improvement in service. It has made picking up prescriptions much faster and far less frustrating. This is an excellent change, and CVS deserves credit for recognizing a problem and taking effective steps to correct it.

This CVS has a wide range of goods here from: household appliances, food, drinks, health & beauty, hygiene, hydration, cold & flu medicine, allergies medicines, clothing. Almost like a regular store, they might not have exactly what you need but mostly it's here! That why I love CVS Pharmacy! Especially for cold & flu medicine. Another good reason to shop here is some other stores do close early and they are open later so it's a huge plus! I do realize some medicines are cheaper here verse other stores & sometimes they have sales buy one get 40-50% off the 2nd one! Which other groceries stores don't have. Also they have rewards program here too! Next time you shop you can get 20% off its does vary, but the coupons really help too! Their price points are spot on! Today I need to buy some essential for the house. When I walked in I couldn't find any basket, Letty who was working up in the front saw I was looking for something. She told me there no baskets, they only had carts. She literally told me I'll get one for you! Bless her sweet heart for doing that! The atmosphere is very warm, very friendly and helpful. As I was making my round I needed some in the department but it was locked so I was trying to find someone when Saeed approached me. He asked if needed help, I sure did . He helped me unlock so I could get my item, so kind of him. As i was checking out Letty was there, asked me if I had rewards # I said yes , I saved a lot! Check out was a breeze! Letty & Saeed were super polite, kind, caring, very genuine, super helpful, very down to earth! They both have this very positive upbeat vibe that really radiates! Today I came in and spent too much time going through my phone and loading and uploading and moving pictures. And in the time I was here, several of the photo employees greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly, and I felt super relaxed to take my time. I watched one employee talk with a customer in such a gentle way as he was helping her understand what it meant to have a family member upload a picture rather than taking a picture of a picture. It was so kind, and it's just those little acts of kindness that the world needs right now. I could tell the couple really appreciated him. Upon picking up my pictures, unprompted the employee scanned a code that gave me half off. I really appreciated that today. Thankful for this place.

It's been my experience that, most often, Walgreens is a bit less expensive for the items I want, and they usually have them in stock. Such was the case at the Date Palm Drive location. The staff was courteous and helpful when I could not locate my items. The cost was 25% less than CVS had them listed for on their website. Here's a toast to wise shopping.

They don't hesitate to place you on a perpetual hold, and neglect to follow up after asking for your contact number. I called the previous night, and spoke to Sally, to avoid a delay since it was an out of town script. We arrived, for pickup, before lunchtime; they started lowering the shutters around 10-15 minutes before lunchtime - while people were still in line; worse, there was no acknowledgment...RUDE! I was finally told their system wasn't working and Sally committed to check with tech support after lunch, and to call me when the order was ready...5 hours ago! This pharmacy NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

It was quite an ordeal, trying to get it moved to this Rite Aid instead of my usual Rite Aid in San Diego where I live. So my mother had to go pick up my prescription for me as I can't walk... At first there was confusion and a problem with my medication being in stock. And this pharmacist was incredibly busy and a little stressed out, but still took the time to be very helpful and get my prescription filled and work with my mother so that she was not wasting her time going all the way there to get this for me. It's so nice when pharmacists are helpful and kind and not intimidating and rushed. He was incredibly nice and explained everything to her. We are very thankful.

i was a customer at this cvs in target in cathedral city for many yrs as i live right behind it …read more it has become really unpleasant and uncaring and the pharmacist (think name is joseph) is so burnt out i think as they just really don't care anymore. our lives are in their hands with our meds i feel they know that and treat us like we are annoying them by just showing up. I transferred all my prescriptions to walgreens which is now 20 mins away but feel the drive is worth it for the better service. My spouse stayed at this cvs due to the convenience but after today's rude and demeaning conversation we both realized it's time for both of us to take our hard earned money and business elsewhere and don't even want to shop at ANY CVS because of it. She asked the pharmacist, who came over and within seconds was telling me, "won't fill it, go to the other." I think her words were right, she wouldn't transfer it from the other CVS. But she could..... I was prompt dismissed, as she repeated for me to go to the other CVS, and walked away. Also, don't trust the website to see if it's in stock or not. While you can probably count on it telling you it's not in stock, the in-stock database might not be accurate. I really can't comment on the people who work there as I've hardly interacted with anyone thanks to Self-checkout. I think I spoke to the employees to Wetzel's Pretzels more. They do cram of lot of merchandise into this location though, so it can be tricky to find what you're looking for, but once you do find it, you can feel like you're hit the lottery.

When one employee walked by, I asked him for help, but he said he couldn't becsuse he was off the clock. I wish you would stop treating your customers like they are all thieves and lock all your products up. You have some wonderful employees working there, but maybe you should get together and have a meeting on how to treat your loyal customers.
