My other printer tells me they have a delay and can't get me my vinyl posters when I need them. Vivas SAVED ME. I called them at 4PM YESTERDAY. Emailed my files at 415PM. Wow. I am still blown away by the incredible service. I never write reviews, but I want to spread the gospel of Vivas Banners as far as I can. I don't want this review to just be a list of my complaints about FedEx/Kinko's, but it's a necessary backstory to understand just how good Vivas Banners is in comparison: I needed to print two banners for a Saturday morning event. Took my logo to FedEx on Tuesday, they told me maybe (no promises!) it could be ready on Friday, and only if everything went perfectly with the proofs. Probably would cost about $300. After they never called me back on the proofs, I went back to the store, where they had the proofs just sitting there with the wrong font. They explained that the font mix-up was somehow my fault, it was too late to change anything to get the banners by Friday, and in fact even printing it with the wrong font might not get done by Friday. (Cannot stress enough how every person I dealt with treated me as if I had called them at home on their day off and demanded service. Just a whole team of people wishing I would drop dead on the spot.) Freaking out, I Googled "banners sf" and found Luis. He was friendly on the phone, confirmed the specifics via email, sent me a proof the next morning, and delivered the banners (for free!) to my office, less than 18 hours after our first interaction! Total cost: $180. I honestly can't think of another experience, in any facet of my life, where one company so completely outperformed their competition in every way. If you're even considering ordering a banner, or any other printing project, go talk to Luis. A lifesaver. read more

Luis made my job SO much easier. After mildly panicking because I realized that our usual local printer outsources banners to the Midwest and they would have to be shipped, adding $30-$200 of cost and another week's worth of waiting time, I looked for another local printer who could get the job done cheaply and quickly. I saw the amazing reviews here on Yelp and contacted Vivas for a quote. Luis got back to me in less than 10 minutes with a super low quote--$15-$20 less than our usual printer before shipping and tax. Not only that, but he delivered the banner--PERSONALLY--less than 24 hours later. And there were no weird specifications to adhere to. We got a 24x63" banner with 4 grommets printed and delivered in one day for $65 plus tax. The icing on the cake is that Luis was perfectly helpful, communicative and lovely to deal with from start to finish. We will most definitely use Vivas in the future for other banners.
