very efficient, good work, but know your printing terminology or you will get a sjock when the bill comes. lesson: apparently in the printing business unbound does not mean do not apply binding, it means if you upload a file called program book that has pages 1 - 8 unbound means you get two sheets paper flat, yes, unbound, but not folded, as you might expect with a file called program book. so know that, as they will not guide you in any way, assume and you won't get a $300 surprise. BOTTOM LINE: when you get the estimate, call and ask them to explain EXACTLY what everything means to eliminate ambiguity and confusion. read more

I sent a request for a quote on Sunday evening to print 250 save the dates and by 830 am had a response from alpha graphics with a very reasonable price so I decided to go ahead with the printing. I worked with AlphaGraphics to print a lot of materials for our wedding last August and had an excellent experience. It was very easy to send over files via their form on the website and email. We printed placecards, table numbers and programs. The team went above and beyond in a few different ways: Our placecards and programs were pre-folded when we want to pick it up. Our table numbers were pre-cut to the right size. At one point we realized we forgot to send over a table number for printing and they helped us out by making sure we had extra copies after they printed the one that we sent over later. I would highly recommend and will continue to work with them for my printing needs. read more

I contacted AlphaGraphics last week asking for a quote for a simple print job for some cards. We started talking on Monday. We went back and forth on design specs for the images for most of a week, them asking me to make changes to the files. Now it's Friday, I've made 3 revisions on the image files and I've finally gotten a quote. 30 minutes later I got an email stating that it would take another $200 in setup fees. All this for something I was hoping to have done by Wednesday. In the end I have contacted another company in the area, and gotten a quote for a much lower price. Unfortunately, I was hoping to ship some of these cards out to a client in Australia by next week and now there won't be time. Needless to say I will not be contacting AlphaGraphics in the future. Edit: After some deliberation I have upgraded my review from a 1 star to a 2. The rep I communicated with was pleasant, and I can't actually speak to the quality of their product since I didn't end up going with them. read more

I had limited time before the Memorial day weekend and I was trying to get a project printed - 600+ square pieces of paper - which meant complicated file set up (which I did) and then cutting required as well. Bill assured me that he could print what I needed on the Friday before the weekend and I spent a lot of time setting up the file the way that Bill had asked. Friday comes, and Bill bails. No courtesy phone call, no apology - nada. Just a lame "we're busy", when I called to enquire. I had to scramble to find a different printer and spend more time setting up a new file with different constraints for printing and rush to get things done. And it cost me time and extra money to rush on my end. Thanks, Bill. You're a d*ck. Go to another printer. read more

I called this place on the phone looking for something less of a rip off than kinkos. They told me it would cost 9 cents a page. Great, still a rip off but much better than kinkos 15 cents. So we get done and "boom" they charge me 15 cents a page. Not only that but they don't discount anything for gong double sided. Ie, 100 double sided pages costs the same as 200 single sided. Bill and Alvaro are the best everrrr. I was trying to figure out how to decrease original images to sticker size without losing quality and add a black border. The black border was a success but the images became heavily pixelated. Bill sensed how frustrated I was after working on the batches of images unsuccessfully for (I think what was) 3 rounds. I worked with them on my wedding project, and they were extremely easy to work with, patient, and willing to help you achieve the best results possible. I was looking for a place to print my wedding invitations that would be affordable. I originally was looking at an online printer but after waiting 2 weeks and still not receiving my paper samples I was starting to freak so I found a print shop closer to home. Your Printer could not be closer to my house and they could not have done a better job in a faster amount of time. LOVE my wedding invitations! I brought my design in on a thumbdrive. They helped me pick out the perfect paper/envelopes to match and then even fixed a design flaw for the printing on the direction card. Once we got that sorted that had print and cut the whole set in a day. Now that they are in my hot little hand I can't wait to send them out to everyone.
