I took my aunt here who has cancer and she had a very thorough pedicure where they even removed her ingrown nail without cutting her. She was so happy so I was even more happy. Shes FANTASTIC! She does an amazing job and I adore her! The shape, her technique...I couldn't be happier...glad I gave them another chance. ***************original review***************** I've been going here for about a year and I always wind up getting the same woman who doesn't do a terrible job, but I I constantly have to explain the shape of the nail I want... Mind you I always get the same shape. Today was the last straw. While filing my nails with the Dremel she cut the cuticle on my left ring finger causing me to bleed (and it did bleed...this wasn't the first time that she's been a little overly rough & caused me a little bit of pain but it's usually just with a nail file and it's never anything big) I grabbed my hand and rushed to the sink to wash my finger. I made her finish sanding the other nails. I washed my hands again and paid. I was charged the full $38 (without having gotten them painted) NOT EVEN A DISCOUNT!!!. I threw down $40 and left. Came here a few weeks ago to get a full set, was sooo happy to find a place with the old school acrylic, not that dip powder crap. I was mostly happy with them except they were far more rounded than i asked for. 4 days later 4 of the nails broke, very annoying. When I went in to get them fixed, they charged me $15. Honestly, it should have been free since it wasn't even a week, but whatever. Today I went in for a fill. I was informed that a cut down (to make them shorter) was a $3 up charge. That makes absolutely no sense since if they're shorter, less acrylic is being used but I needed them shorter so I went along with it. I told them 4 times that I wanted stiletto shape aka pointy & sharp. They still didn't understand & now I have stubby almost points, that are 1/2 smooth & 1/2 janky coffin points. I have to go home & file & reshape them. I will not be back, this is so disappointing. read more

I went in today for a regular manicure and pedicure, and they had poor service, they charge extra for every little thing, the ambiance felt very non caring and messy. The nail polish quality is horrible, they need to invest in either new nail polishes or better ones. My pedicure ended up getting messed up when I put my shoes on despite the fact I waited about 30 minutes for it to dry and I didn't realize until i got home. Just got my nails done here today. I got acrylic tips. The lady that did them was super sweet. I didn't wait long, I think she ran over from the other ViVi. But she did keep trying to "up sell" me to get the dip powder. Then the gel. Then this and that... but overall she did a good job. I did have to come home and file them a bit to make them even on the sides. They do have a lot of nail polish choices. But they kinda look half empty and kinda dried out. They should refill the shelves with new bottles. It was a clean space. I will go back to get my fill in. read more

I decided to try this spot since it's closer to my apartment than the nail salon I frequented in the past. I get there and am seated right away with a female technician who begins to do my nails, I was getting a full set and she had applied 3 extensions when she takes a phone call and then closes the box of tips puts them away and walks away without a word to me. I am sitting there feeling annoyed at how rude she was. She eventually comes back and says that she can't finish my nails because she has an appointment, I'm like what? I was super annoyed and ready to hate this place and I probably would if it wasn't for the male technician who assisted me afterward. He apologized for what happened before and was so attentive. He explained to me the best way to achieve the look I wanted, how it would be done and the cost and he did such a great job. Afterward he did a free paraffin wax for my hands. He was so polite and friendly and I love the way my nails came out. I will only go back because of him. read more

Once I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes and said "you shouldn't have asked another nail tech , you come to me" she said I looked like a man and called me a bitch serval times. So I then in return left because I didn't want to argue and ended up with polish on my hands . Not sure if it's because I'm Hispanic or gay. But she was extremely rude !
