We had the Google photo album just a few days after the event and I was very pleased. She mentioned the edited photos will take anywhere from 8-16 weeks, we can't wait to get those back! Payments we made towards our balance was $400-500 dollars each time. On April 2026 I had reached out to them because we had an unexpected family emergency and had to cancel everything .. I asked for them to keep the deposit because that is understandable that deposit is not refunded but the remaining should've been refunded back as I did give enough time notice on my part also.. they are not honest and have refused to contact me it's always their ai not responding to me that someone will get back to me and reach out and nothing I've contacted them through email Facebook messenger and nothing until this day 8/13/2026 still have not been reached out to so we can handle this matter they just completely ghosted me and pocketed the money.
